Superb three bedroom 2 bathroom detached villa located in a quiet residential area and within a 5 min drive of the beach and a 3 min walk to local shops supermarkets cafes restaurants etc. The villa is arranged over two floors (no internal staircase) with access to the first floor via an EXTERNAL staircase at the front. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is another large lounge, a kitchen / dining area plus a lovely enclosed terrace with mountain views, a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a terraced / garden area with comfy seating plus private pool with en suite heated Jacuzzi/spa. The villa is fully furnished to a good and comfortable standard. Kitchens are fully equipped. Air conditioning up and down. Two TV's with English satellite channels/DVD and video player. Please note the ground floor can sleep maximum 4 and first floor can sleep 4 when using sofa bed.

Nearest Motorway: San Miguel at 3 Kilometres

Los Altos is located approx 40 minute drive from Alicante and a 30 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks. Several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located on a road lined with similar style villas and is just a short stroll to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.

When we opened the Gates to your Villa, what a lovely Surprise, it was just what we needed after such a delayed flight and the 6 of us soon found our bedrooms and could not believe the amount of space in the Villa,
All the amenities worked out fine and complimented our relaxation, really appreciated the video & CD selection for us and the kids, the information brochures came in handy too,
We really enjoyed the Pool after coming home from the Days out at the Beach & Shopping Etc; it was nice just to relax as a Family having a glass of wine and watch the kids Splash about till dark.
We had some really great nights out with good value for money meals at some of the local child friendly Restaurants you told us about,
Thanks again for a great holiday, hope to return in the near future and would recommend your Villa to every-one
