Kitchens are fully equipped. Air conditioning up and down. Two TV's with English satellite channels/DVD and video player. Please note the ground floor can sleep maximum 4 and first floor can sleep 4 when using sofa bed.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental rates can be paid in Sterling Pounds or Euros. A 20% deposit is required to fully confirm booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. if booking falls within 8 weeks of departure then full payment to be made. There is an additional charge of 80 euros (approx £50) per stay, which is paid to the housekeeper on arrival at property. This amount covers you for the following: check-in / check-out / full cleaning and laundry at end of stay plus welcome pack on arrival.
  
• Airport transfers can be arranged with minibus. car hire also available Please advise if you would like a quote Nursery furniture hire available from a local Hire company. Rates are very reasonable.
