Great Four bedroom 2 Bathroom Detached Villa located in a quiet residential area and within a 5 min drive of the beach and a 3 min walk to local shops supermarkets cafes restaurants etc. The villa is arranged over two floors (no internal staircase) with access to the first floor via an External staircase at the front. On the ground floor are two bedrooms ,(Double & Twin with Bunkbeds) open plan living area, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is another living area, a kitchen plus an enclosed terrace with mountain views, 2 bedroom (Double & Twin) and a bathroom. Outside there is a Terraced / garden area with comfy seating 4 sun beds, BBQ plus private pool with en suite heated Jacuzzi/spa. The villa is fully furnished to a good and comfortable standard. Kitchens are fully equipped. Air conditioning installed in both living Areas . TV's in both living areas with English satellite channels/DVD player.

Los Altos is located approx 40 minute drive from Alicante and a 30 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. The nearest beach is located at Punta Prima and is blue flag quality with beach bar serving snacks and drinks. Several other beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive. The villa is located on a road lined with similar style villas and is just a short stroll to the local commercial centre (shops supermarket restaurants etc). Torrevieja Town centre is only a 5 min drive. For golf enthusiasts there are 5 superb golf courses within 10 - 25 min drive.

It was my first holiday abroad when i got to villa i was pleasantly surprised the photos on the internet were nice but the real thing was beautifull it was really relaxing i couldnt have asked for anything more the pubs and resturants were in walking distance and everyone was very friendly prices were great if any one enjoys a relaxing holiday i would recommend this one in fact i enjoyed it so much iv already booked up again and i certanly will be recommending this to friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

id seen the villa on photos on the website but when i got there it was absoulutly fab it was even better than the photos very relaxing which was what i was looking for the pool was brill for the kids leaving us to relax no worries as it was all in its own grounds so the kids couldnt get out and we definately will be booking for next year and will be recommending it to all our friends.

Whow What A Great Place

When we opened the Gates to your Villa, what a lovely Surprise, it was just what we needed after such a delayed flight and the 6 of us soon found our bedrooms and could not believe the amount of space in the Villa,
All the amenities worked out fine and complimented our relaxation, really appreciated the video & CD selection for us and the kids, the information brochures came in handy too,
We really enjoyed the Pool after coming home from the Days out at the Beach & Shopping Etc; it was nice just to relax as a Family having a glass of wine and watch the kids Splash about till dark.
We had some really great nights out with good value for money meals at some of the local child friendly Restaurants you told us about,
Thanks again for a great holiday, hope to return in the near future and would recommend your Villa to every-one

Beautiful villa
