This detached, modern villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The tastefully furnished accommodation comprises one double and two twin bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, along with two bathrooms. There is a large lounge/dining area which has air-conditioning and satellite TV with over 30 channels. The fully fitted kitchen includes oven/hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is a lovely private pool with underwater lighting and surrounding sun bathing terrace. On the roof of the property is a large private solarium.

The sun-baked Costa Blanca is a 170 mile stretch of Spain's east coast, centred on Alicante and running from Denia in the north to Cartegena in the south. Los Altos is a 35 minute drive south from Alicante Airport and 25 minute drive north from Murcia Airport to which there is plenty of choice in scheduled flights. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive to Punta Prima. Several other beaches at Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Torrevieja are within a 10 minute drive. Torrevieja town centre is only 10 minutes away. There are markets 7 days a week, the most notable being at Playa Flamenca (Sat), Torrevieja (Fri), Orihuela (Tues) and Benijofar (Sun). There are many bars, restaurants and shops to suit all ages and tastes, some just a few minutes walk from the villa. For golfers, there are four excellent courses in the vicinity, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca, all within a 20 minute drive. If you like shopping, the Habeneras Shopping Centre near Torrevieja is a must.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment can be made in sterling or euros. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week or part week is required to secure booking, with the balance payable 12 weeks prior to holiday start date. If booking falls within 12 weeks of holiday start date, then full payment is required. On arrival you will be met by our local contact who will handover the keys, show you the accommodation, and answer any queries. There is an additional charge of 170 euros payable to our local contact on arrival at the property. 100 euros of this is a security payment and is refunded in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. The other 70 euros covers check-in/check-out, laundry and cleaning. Welcome packs can be provided on request at an additional charge. Transfers to and from Alicante or Murcia airports can be arranged at an additional charge.

Good size accomodation - but seating limited inside villa. Could do with an extra sofa! However you are likely to spend most of the time outside where there is plenty of seating/loungers.Property was well maintained and cleanliness was average. Range of pubs, eating facilities and grocery shops in the area. Rental of a car is recommended if you like to get about. So many near by places to see. Quiet and friendly neighbour hood. The owners agents/care takers were lovely. Over all a good choice of holiday destination.
