These new properties, both with A/C, are set in a great location. Both have 2 bedrooms: House with double bed and twin, and Apt with 4 twin beds. They have spacious lounges with 2, 2 seater sofas enabling 4 people to be accommodated easily. There is a dining table for 4 people. There is Sky TV and DVD/CD/MP3 players. The kitchens are fully equipped with electric oven & hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. The 2 bedrooms, one with a safe, have lots of built in wardrobe space. Both have fully equipped bathrooms comprising: bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is an additional downstairs toilet in the house and an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom in the apartment. There is lots of outdoor space so you are able to enjoy outdoor dining and sunbathing. Both have large roof top solarium's which give great views of the sea. The apartment overlooks the pool and the house is a 1 minute walk away. The properties can be booked separately

These properties, both with sea views from the rooftop solariums, are on the same small complex, a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and banks and 100 metres from a large supermarket. There are 4 blue-flag beaches, 4 excellent golf courses and the Aquapolis Water Park all a 10 minute car journey away. Also close by, in Torrevieja town, is the Habaneras Shopping Centre for those who like shopping! The towns of Guardamar, Elche, Mar Menor and Alicante are all well within easy reach where there are excellent beaches and restaurants. The front at Torrevieja is also a great place to visit with its hippy market, port and promenade where there are lots of bars and restaurants. There is a casino. There is also a funfair for the kids to enjoy at night time. For those wanting to travel a little further Benidorm is just over an hour away where there is Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, & Mundo Mar. This is a lovely location for a holiday for families and couples alike.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. There is a 40 euro cleaning charge to be paid locally, including laundry (bedding and towels). Please supply your own beach/pool towels. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at a cost of 30-40 euros each way depending on Murcia or Alicante and time required. If you do not require this service our agent will meet you at the property with the keys.
    A 100 euro deposit is required to be deposited with the agent to cover breakages and will be refunded on departure.

Notes: The property has the added attraction of A/C to the ground floor, and ceiling fans to the bedrooms. There is a Park 50 metres away with tennis court and enclosed 4 court basketball/football pitch for complex use. There is a children's park 100 metres away with swings etc. Baby cots and high-chairs can be hired if needed. There is a large Supermarket 100 metres away, with fresh meat and a very good fresh fish counter. There is a bowling alley and cinema being built 300 metres away, due for completion summer 2007. A go-cart track is situated 2 kms away with full hiring facilities. A selection of blue flag beaches are available within a 10 minute drive, and a small cove with beach and Restaurant is within a 20 minute walk. There is a selection of restaurants (Italian,English, Chinese,Spanish,Indian) and bars, within a 10 minute stroll away.

we loved our stay, and frequently check availability, as we will return when finances permit. we stayed for 10 days in 2007 and enjoyed every one! Locals were very friendly. great local supermarkets, and restaurants. would highly recomend ghandi's, which we chanced on the recomendation of guide in the villa. we like to explore, and found it an ideal base for day trips north and south benedorm alicante, mar menor etc. torrevieja water park a bit to expensive, as not enough to do for small children. other urbanisations in walking distace. so you can choose a feel that suits you. have and will continue to recomend to others.

this property was ideal, it was very clean and had every amenienty.[although a couple of portable loungers for beach would be perfect] supermarket 5min walk-local eateries and bars 10min walk.a car is a must if you want to get about, anyway my wife and i enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend this rental to every-body.

Very nice, clean, well equipped apartment that is centrally located. Would recommend Garbos, Captains Table & the Wok Buffett restaurants.

All in all a very nice break.

This very modern and spacious town house was ideal for my family, with an upstairs, downstairs, roof terrace and frontage there was loads of room for a family of four. We found it really peaceful yet all the eating houses and bars were just a short walk away. The description was spot on, and we would certainly recommend this to friends.
