Lovely corner plot, quad villa, consisting of 2 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and lounge/dinner fully furnished, including Sky TV English channels BBC1 ITV. Movies, Sky-DVD/radio. Kitchen fully equipped including all white goods and microwave oven. 8/4 private swimming pool. The villa has a large front porch. The front/back of the house is screened with awnings, thus providing a lots of shade to relax and eat your meals. The area boasts a number of restaurants, pubs, shops, medical facilities and amenities such as hairdressers and larger public swimming pool. There are number of beaches just 5 minutes drive away, including Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca and the famous La Pagan beach where you can enjoy the famous mud baths. The area offers 13 miles of lovely beaches and night life in Torrevieja, just 5km. The historic cities of Murcia and Guadamar are just 15 minutes drive where you can explore the Spanish/Arabic architecture. There are golf courses in the area all within 3/5

Nearest Airport: Murcia at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres

The property is situated in the Los Balcones near the Salinas, and 5km from Torrevieja, with nearby beaches including Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Playa Pagan , where you can enjoy the famous mud baths, and Torrevieja Playa itself. Within 15 min drive from Murcia, San Javier Airport, and 40 min drive from Alicante airport. From Alicante and from San Javier Murcia airport, you can travel via coastal road N332, which takes you directly to Torrevieja, and from there following the CV 95 sign - posted for St Miguel Salinas, or you can take the A7 Motorway. We can provide directions to the Villa. The Costa Blanca area boasts some 35 golf courses, including La Mata and of course Torrevieja area itself offers at least 5 golf courses.

the villa was fantastic, the pool was to die for which both made the perfect holiday.
the only problem was no english tv (for evening after kids gone to bed).
just to let everyone know do not take travellers cheques as you have to trek to get them changed.
all in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definately return for another one.
the villa was really clean and had everything we needed.

From all of us, thank you so much for a perfect holiday. your villa is absolutely amazing. the pool is just brilliant and the surrounding area is brilliant to be in. We especially liked the Via Parks close to the villa. we spent a lot of time in the restaurants and bars there.
We all really enjoyed our time there and will look to go again next year.
