Great family Villa with its own Private Pool set in the leafy suburb of Los Balcones in Torreveija. The villa is set on a plot of approx 500 sq meters with all accommodation on one level. There is a living / dining room, separate kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large chill out room with extra sofa seating, TV + Video player with lots of films (ideal for kids to hang out in if they get tired of swimming) The Villa is fully furnished and equipped, has air-con and ceiling fans for keeping cool in the summer. Satellite TV (lots of UK channels). DVD player Music system. Outside is a spacious garden with off street parking plus a large terrace (with roll out Blinds for summer shade), Shaded dining area for 10 persons , BBQ, Drinks Fridge, 6 Sun Beds 9 meter x 4.5 meter Swimming Pool. Local supermarkets paper shop, bars, cafes and restaurants of different nationalities (Spanish English, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Indian) are all within 5 min walk.

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torreveija between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 10- 15 minutes by Bus (pick up point is 5 min walk from the villa). Vist the Torreveija Town centre (see below) 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 20 minutes by bus.

Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18°C. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.

Things to do: A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along form the front. Visit the Huge water park with water slides, shoots and wave machines (open mid June to Sept) Go Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering High adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the new Haberneras Shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively Bar Streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & Bars to chose from

Yes thank you we all had a wonderful time at the villa. It had everything we could have needed and it was a real effort to leave the pool and go and see a bit of Spain !!

poor customer service

Villa good but really disappointed to find that only 1 bedroom has air con other rooms only have ceilling fans that circulate hot air not good at all when the temp is high. Again very disappointed with customer service 2 weeks stay, in the first week I reported that a light bulb had gone out in kids bedroom nobody came to fix it also the vacuum cleaner had a disgusting smell coming from it again no one came and to top it all a bedroom window had a crack from top to bottom I was told that this had been like this for some time and was not a danger dispite the fact that I had 2 small children in this room I thought this was a safety hazzard. Will not be returning feel you need new housekeepers and management as complaints fell on deaf ears for the price that we paid customer service should have been top grade.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments, We are sorry the light bulb wasn’t replaced or the Hoover bag changed during your stay. We are investigating why your complaints did not reach our maintenance Team. We normally respond quickly to any maintenance problem to ensure our guests have a stress free stay. We can confirm these items have now been put right including the crack in the bedroom window. The villa has 2 Air Conditioning units (one in the master bedroom and one in the communal hallway) which assist with keeping 2 further bedrooms cool. All 4 Bedrooms have ceiling fans direct over the beds which blow cool Air on to you whilst you sleep. There are also ceiling fans in both living rooms and the Dining Area . Thank you Kerry
