Detached Villa standing in its own gardens with its own private pool. It is located in a residential area, five minutes from the Mediterranean and its beautiful beaches. Air conditioning unit is available at extra cost. Equipped to accommodate up to six people. The Villa is fully furnished to an exacting standard, with one double bedroom & two twin bedrooms. The beds all have fully sprung mattresses. It has a fully equipped quality kitchen with solid marble work surfaces. The main bedroom has en-suite with bath and shower. The family bathroom comes with a shower. The Villa has a satelite TV and DVD/VCR, music system with a number of CDs. A safe is available. The outside has sun terraces, a large built in barbecue, several sun loungers, tables and chairs with parasols. The gardens are fully enclosed and tiled. The swimming pool is 7.5 metre by 4.5 metres and grand piano shaped up to 2.0 metres deep. The solarium has outstanding views of the salt lakes and mountains.

The villa is situated 30 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia airports. Guardama and its beaches is only a few kilometres away. Ciudad Quesada is a quiet residential area which has its own 18 hole golf course and has many bars and restaurants. The network of roads allows easy access to beaches, supermarkets, and for exploring further afield such as Cartagena, Alicante, Benidorm, Murcia. Several weekly markets are held near by.

Extra cleaning can be arranged ask for details. The pool and terraces are cleaned on Saturdays and in peak mid week

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Just returned from villa Helana, We had a great stay in a very relaxing location. The children loved the pool, the local beaches are five minutes away with a few nice local resturants. Please be aware that with the Euro now high, eating out is expensive ( put recommendations in villa information book )

A homely villa for a family holiday

A thoroughly enjoyable one week holiday was had by my family. We wanted to "chill out" and we did very comfortably. Buying a lilo at the local supermarket for use in the pool was our best idea of the week. The owner very helpfully arranged transportation from and to the airport. We should have taken his advice and hired a car for the week! The villa is situated in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. Lovely views at sunset were experienced from the roof terrace.

Wed stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much, we have already booked for next year. Nice place to chill out around the private pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa - what you see in the pictures are what you get. The owner is excellent to deal with. Lovely pool ideal for kids with easy to access steps into the water. Gates on both sides of the villa which could prevent a toddler tumbling down to the pool area. Plenty of outdoor areas to spend your time. A few bars about 15 minutes walk away. Would recommend having a car especially for supermarkets and beach. Would recommend. Thanks again.

Spent a week at villa Helena in June, has a great time and weather was great. There are alot of time to do around Quesada. Will stay again.
