Casa Isla Vedra - This semi-detached villa (2003) has views of the famous La Mata salt lake from the terraces. Located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes drive from the superb beach at Guardamar and the bustling market town of Torrevieja. The property is superbly equipped and furnished, and has spacious terraces upstairs and downstairs. It has a private pool and the garden/pool area is fully tiled with a patio/BBQ area. The property is south facing and benefits from all day sunshine. Amongst the many facilities in the area are the La Marquesa Golf Course, an aqua park, bowls club, nature reserve with BBQ facilities and picnic areas, as well as many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and medical centres. There are numerous activities within a short distance such as horse-riding, crazy golf, go-karting and all types of watersports. A little further afield are the attractions of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Mundomar sea life centre.

Ciudad Quesada is an award winning urbanization located on south facing slopes with commanding views over the salt lakes of Torrevieja and La Mata.Beyond them the Mediterranean sea glistens on the horizon and further views take in the mountains and inland plains covered with orange and lemon groves filling the air with delicate aroma in flowering seasons.Each of the local towns holds a weekly street market where fruit and vegetables, cooked food and of course the local wine can be bought very cheaply. The area is quite cosmopolitan and the many restaurants reflect the differing cultures and tastes.It is a superb location which due to the many facilities appeals to everyone, including families and golfers, and those who just want to chill out!

| Notes: | The patio as well as the pool area has a table and chairs. the pool area also has sunlongers. A utility room off one of the bedrooms houses the washing machine, boiler and various household appliances. There is a no-smoking policy within the house, although this is permitted on the terraces and pool area. Ceiling fans are fitted in all three bedrooms as well as the lounge. Air conditioning is available at an extra charge of 50 euros per week payable in the UK or on arrival in Spain. A welcome pack on arrival is included in the rental charge. Heaters and extra blankets are supplied to provide all year round comfort. Extras such as children’s cot, high chair, safety gate etc can be provided if required for a small charge. Car rental details can also be forwarded if required. |

There are many superb golf courses within a short drive including La Marquesa, La Finca, Las Ramblas, Real Club de Campoamor and Villamartin making this area truly a golfers paradise. A little further afield are numerous other courses on the Mar Menor, including the famous courses at the renowned La Manga Club. Please contact us for further information on any of the courses.
