Recommended by our guests. This a lovely 3 bed/ 2 bath villa on the prestigious Altos De La Laguna, Quesada urbanisation, with private community pool and toddler pool set in garden area. Central for all amenities & beaches. Furnished to a very high standard offering all comforts. There is DVD & sat. TV (with all main UK channels), heating by radiators, and cooling by fans. Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with high ceiling and patio doors to solarium and separate balcony. Separate bathroom with shower. Downstairs: 1 double and 1 twin bedrooms, large lounge/ dining room with quality furniture, separate fully equipped kitchen, utility room with separate access to gardens. Bathroom with bath & shower. Outside: Private front & rear gardens, terrace, tiled drive, inc. garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger’s and BBQ. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars in near vicinity and Quesada village 5 min drive for more including the Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club. Near local bus.

Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, or simply relaxing. The prestigious urbanisation of Altos De La Laguna, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. A short drive inland allows one to enjoy the more rural environment and the traditional aspects of Spanish life.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Payment is accepted in £ or equivalent in Euros or US Dollars. Discounted rates are available for rentals of 21 nights or longer. A returnable security deposit of € 125 against damage, loss of keys etc. is payable on arrival at the property. A local cleaning/management charge is payable on arrival. This covers meet & greet service at villa, towels, cleaning & handover of keys. ( 45€ for 2 people staying; 60€ for 3 to 6 people staying). The villa is ideal for long term rental especially during the winter months. The area has many permanent residents so there is a good community atmosphere. Prices for rentals in excess of 3 months are by negotiation.

Notes: Front and rear gardens are enclosed by low walls and with attractive gravel. There is a private front drive for parking & easy loading etc. Additional parking is on the road immediately in front of the villa. Easy access to the nearby private communal pool & garden area is via rear gate. Wheelchair access to the ground floor is good, with only 2 low steps for access from front drive, and a downstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Built-in double wardrobes in each bedroom. The property has a separate utility room with washing machine, ironing board etc. Fully fitted kitchen (hob, oven, m/wave,F/F) with separate side door access to the gardens. Radiators and cooling fans make the property suitable for all year use. There are a number of permanent English residents in adjacent properties and many all year round social activities in nearby Country Club and local towns. Beach towels are not provided. Smoking is permitted only in the garden and outside areas. An information folder is provided.

Excellent sources of advice on more than one occasion, yet not at all obtrusive - just right! Lovely pool. We really enjoyed the waterpark just down the road and Guardamar beach was heaven on earth! our holidays were beautiful. all together very nice. the house is clean, confortable and all we have at home was in the house: from iron, salt and soap to (until?) veltilators, coffee-maschine,CD´s and things for the pool (in german: pool-nudeln). The house was perfekt and location is very beautiful. Its in the hills and all around is phantastic to look. The most people arround us are british, they were very friendly and help us, when we have a question. The key-holder are nice and have help us every time. My english is not so good. thats why I will write in german lenguare,too. Thank you for our beautiful holidays!

Ich hoffe sehr, dass dies von einigen Deutschen gelesen wird. Dieses Haus war wirklich wunderschon, perfekt ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt einen eigenen Garten mit Gartentisch vor dem Haus, hinter dem Haus und auf der Dachterrasse. Das Inventar lässt keine Wünsche offen: Vom Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle und Sonnenschirmen bis zum Salz, Kaffeefiltern und dem Wasserkocher war wirklich alles da. Das Inventar zu benennen würde diesen Bericht sprengen. Der Service von Informationen durch die Vermieter vorher (Anreisekarte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten etc.) war umfangreich und sogar in deutsch übersetzt. Vor Ort hatten wir sehr freundliche "Key-Holder", die jede Frage beantwortet haben und hilfreich zur Seite standen. Die Gegend ist in den Bergen wunderschön nur mit kleinen Häusern gelegen, ein Augenschmaus. Der nächste Strand ist nahe gelegen und sehr sauber und das Wasser war klar und sauber. Herrliche Wellen haben uns einen tollen Strandaufenthalt beschert. Der zum Haus gehörige Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber und nicht überfüllt. Rund um unser Haus sind überwiegend Engländer gewesen, die ruhig, freundlich und genügsam waren. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehenswert, wir haben dadurch Ausflüge zu Märkten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, einem nahen Freizeitbad (Fun-Bad) sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ist zu Fuss zu weit! Allen, die sich evtl. für dieses liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus interessieren kann ich nur herzlich zuraten. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht werden. Viel Spass!
