The prestigious urbanisation of Dona Pepa, Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. MEET AND WELCOME SERVICE AND USE OF LATEST INDUCTION AIR-CONDITIONING AND OTHER SERVICE CHARGES (ELECTRICITY,WATER ETC) IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. (SMALL SURCHARGE OF 10€ FOR MEETING BETWEEN 23:00 and 08:00 HRS ONLY) 50€ is required for cleaning and laundry and payable to housekeeper on arrival please. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 week of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item, e.g. Crockery/glasses. Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape British winters! Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc. A welcome pack is available on request. Nursery hire is available, this can be pre booked and awaiting your arrival

| Notes: | 1. Our friendly housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems encountered are resolved with the minimum of fuss. 2. Transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports can be arranged. Two 7 seater people carriers can be booked for larger parties.3. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. 4. General information
WE AIM TO BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS. We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also for your convenience we do not insist on rigid arrival and departure times from the house, PROVIDED OF COURSE no other guests are moving in or out that day. Welcome packs can be catered for and discussed on booking. Full directions and contact number is sent on payment of full balance. Nursery Hire can be arranged and set up prior to arrival. RENTAL IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR. Long term and short term (less than a week out of season) Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (A-7) and N-340, or via the N-332 which takes in towns and villages lying along the coast. Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19 C in winter and 24-38 C in summer.
The old Spanish town of Guardamar
is 10 minutes drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet-skiing etc at the Marina's nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc., and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes, and sandy beaches and the enormous 'Queen Sofia' Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through it's botanical gardens.There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, but it still retains a typical Spanish air and is a very popular holiday resort for Spaniards also.
The bustling town of Torrevieja
is also about 10-15 minutes drive and also has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs, music bars and foam parties for the nightlife. As well as being a fishing and trading port, Torrevieja is renowned for the La Mata and Torrevieja salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is well visited for it's therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.
