New for rental in 2006 this property, furnished for use by the owners is well appointed with all facilities including Air Conditioning. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and full size oven and hob. Two bedrooms have private access to their own dining terrace. There is a modern washing machine in the laundry facility. Outside, in addition to access to the large pool there is al fresco dining on the private patio areas, Fixed BBQ on the patio and all you need for the beach in the store. Ideally situated to walk to the shops and restaurants or a stroll into the village.

Located in the lounge there are CD and Videos, and board games for all ages. The accommodation is fully cleaned at the end of each rental or weekly for the longer stay. Fresh towels and linen are provided weekly. A welcome pack of essentials is provided on arrival.
