Finished to a high standard, this property is use by the owners and has all facilities to make your holiday special, including full Air Conditioning. The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and full size oven and hob. Two bedrooms have private access to their own dining terrace. There is a modern washing machine in the laundry facility. Outside, in addition to access to the large pool there is al fresco dining on the private patio areas, Fixed BBQ on the patio and all you need for the beach in the store. Ideally situated to walk to the shops and restaurants or a stroll into the village.

The nearby village of Quesada can be reached on foot or local bus and has all the facilities to help you enjoy your holiday. There is an Aquapark, tennis and Childrens play area nearby and a little further afield you will find Go-Karting, Horse riding, Fishing and the National Nature parks of Torrevieja. There is a shopping complex with Bank, cafe bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk from your door. Situated in a quiet residential location the property is only a few minutes drive to the highly regarded Guardamar Beach. Torrevieja is within easy reach by local bus or by car where you can enjoy the traditional Spanish night life and the open air market on the sea front promenade. The area enjoys many Continental and traditional Spanish restaurants. For the Golfer, there are courses located within easy reach and over 7 courses in the area. The famous resorts of Alicante, Valencia and Benidorm are all destinations for your day out with historic Elche a short drive away.

A local manager is available to great our guests and make your stay stress free. There are many beach toys and games provided with the property. Located in the lounge there are CD and Videos, and board games for all ages. The accommodation is fully cleaned at the end of each rental or weekly for the longer stay. Fresh towels and linen are provided weekly. A welcome pack of essentials is provided on arrival.

Great complex & poolarea, the villa is in need of a spring clean, bedding faded and stained, quilt in the cupboard even worse, mattresses for sunbeds dirty and torn, washer not working properly, sideboard running alive with earwigs & silverfish. The grills to the house look as if they have never been cleaned .I would not recomend this villa until the owners go over and clean up. We also waited 12 days for our return deposit

I have been to this villa several times with friends, and it is clean, spacious, very well decorated and furnished and the facilites are great. The pool is lovely, and there are lots of local restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I will definately be visiting again.
