Attractive, modern detached villa with 3 bedrooms, master ensuite with attractive sun terrace leading off. (Complete with luxury sun loungers) and garden. The 2 ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, sandwich maker etc, constant hot water. The villa has a dual air-conditioning system for your optimum comfort. A large, attractive communal swimming pool is situated a few yards away. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Quesada is a self-contained township with impressive arched entrance, shops and supermarkets, restaurants to suit all tastes, banks, a full range of sports and leisure facilities. Some of Europe's best beaches are situated nearby with a full range of water sports. Quesada country Club has a varied entertainment's programme plus swimming and bowling. There is also a fine Valley Golf Course near to the villa, equestrian centre and tennis is available.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Security deposit of £100 is required, but is fully refundable unless damages have occurred. This will be banked for security and safety and a fresh cheque returned to you less any deductions for damages after our representatives have had an opportunity to inspect our home.
  • Our representatives in Spain, 'All-in One' Property Management & Rentals, will provide Welcome Packs at approximately 25 euros. If you require a tailor made one to suit your personal requirements, these are available on request and we will then advise you of their charges for these. Useful if you have any evening flight!

    Charges for cleaning are from 40 euros depending on the size of your party, and this is payable to Gill or Paul from 'All in One,' whilst you are in Spain.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a booking if our conditions of service haven't been adhered to. This is a protection for everyone, as we have learned from experience!

This holiday location is ideal for golfers and bowlers or those who just wish to relax in the sun and take a gentle swim or for the more energetic, indulge in water-sports. Horse-riding is also available, as is tennis and bike hire. You can sight-see and shop in Alicante or Benidorm, or go South to Cartagena, a city steeped in history or inland to Elche, city of palm trees famous for its quality leather shoes. There are Markets on most days and these are well worth a visit. Also children(young and old) will enjoy the Aqua Parks situated in Torrevieja and elsewhere in the vicinity.

Other Activities: Dancing, Quizzes, Whist, Bingo, Karaoke, Snooker & Pool, Bowling, exercise and art classes.

I really enjoyed my stay in June at Shirley & Clive's villa. It is a lovely place and a credit to them. The swimming pool is very convenient and my son and I enjoyed many happy hours there. There was never a dull moment and there are some great beaches and my son Jim really enjoyed the Aqua Park, whereas I found the Markets and sight-seeing at Elche more to my taste!
There is a wide selection of excellent restaurants at prices to suit all budgets.
We will certainly go again, hopefully in April which Shirley & Clive have kindly agreed to hold for us for the time being.
