The lively town/resort of Torrevieja with Aqua Park, shops etc is only 20 mins by car, the charming Spanish villages of Rojales and Benijofar are within short driving distance. Both airports of Alicante & Murcia are 25-30 minutes by car. The area is regarded as one of the best on the Costa Blanca. With an average of 320 days of sun each year and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches this is an all year round holiday destination.

• BOOK FOR 2008 BY END OF FEB 2008 & SECURE 10% DISCOUNT
  Booking Terms: A Deposit of £100 is required to secure bookings up to 14 days occupancy. This deposit will be returned within 7-14 days of your arrival home, subject to no damage or excess cleaning. The balance is required in cash in Euros on arrival.
  
• Cancellations: For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to occupancy 50% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 6 weeks - no refund.
  
• Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
  Additional Costs: A one off departure clean of 50 Euros *Laundry 5 Euro per person (all costs to be paid locally on arrival). Optional: Various size Welcome packs can also be provided. Nursery equipment can be hired. Airport Transfers can be arranged from both Murcia-San Javier and Alicante, price on request.

This part of Spain is truly beautiful. It is a land of great variety, with vibrant cities, busy ports and a thriving agricultural industry. It has it all, from miles of immaculate white sandy beaches, sand dunes and pine forests to salt lakes broken up with nature reserves full of wild life. The climate is also very favorable for growing hence the abundance of almonds and olives, cherries and grapes, figs and oranges and much more. Even though there are many British and other Europeans living and holidaying in this area, all the villages and towns are still very Spanish and are definitely 'all year round'. In land there are many places to visit which exist on industries other than tourism and which have a wealth of culture and history.
