We are offering a luxury 3 bed/2 bath villa with 3 private community pools set in a beautiful gardened area. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful summer holiday rental with local amenities a short walk away. The area also boasts many top quality local golf courses. The property is furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot/cold air conditioning in every bedroom and the lounge. Master bedroom with a super king size bed, en-suite facilities and a safe. Bedroom 2 is a double room with king size bed and bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room. A fully fitted bathroom with shower facilitates bedrooms 2 and 3. Lounge/diner offering video, DVD & music centre, separate fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is an enclosed front balcony and a rear patio area, all of which are fully furnished, with tables, chairs, sun loungers and barbeque. There is also a large secluded sun terrace on the roof.

Quesada is situated just north of the beautiful sandy blue flag beaches of Guadamar & Torreveja in the southern Costa Blanca, just 30 minutes drive from Alicante & Murcia airports. The villa is part of a small community of villas and apartments, which share 3 private pools and landscaped gardens. There are local shops and restaurants just 10 - 15 minutes walk away and a little further is the town centre of Quesada, which has many more shops, bars and restaurants. The local golf course is 5 minutes drive away and there are plenty of other top quality courses to play in the surrounding area. There is also a local water park and one in nearby Torreveja. Benidorm is just an hour’s drive away offering many family theme parks including Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. Ideal family location for sun, sea, water sports, golf or simply relaxing.

Transport service to both Alicante and Murcia airports can be arranged. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities are given. A comprehensive information folder is supplied along with tourist brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold making it ideal for summer and winter lets. A safe is installed for your valuables. Ashtrays are provided but smoking on terrace only please.

Rental Information: We aim to be as flexible as possible in order to accommodate your holiday booking requirements. You can start and finish your booking on any day of the week to take full advantage of the cheaper flights. Arrival and departure times are also flexible. Welcome packs are available upon request. Full direction to the villa from the airports are provided. Tee times can be arranged via our housekeeper in advance or during your holiday.

Temperatures: The region has excellent year round temperatures averaging between 24-38 C in summer and 12-19 C in winter.

Towns nearby: Guardamar is just 10 minutes drive away and offers 11km of spectacular sandy beaches together with all the watersports you can imagine. There are botanical gardens to stroll through and plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. A popular holiday resort for the Spanish. Torrevieja is 10-15 minutes drive away and also has plenty of sandy beaches, an esplanade and large marina. There are plenty of restaurants and bars and a vibrant nightlife. A 25 minute drive away is the therapeutic waters of the Mar Menor, which also offers safe family bathing.

Golf: The local course of La Marquesa has hosted a number of prestigious golfing events. The course presents a challenge to all standard of golfers. Other local courses include Villa Martin, Campor Mor, Los Ramblas and the stunning La Finca golf course which is hosting the 2008 Spanish Open.
