Beautiful, spacious 3-bed (2 bath) villa furnished to a very high standard with private pool in La Fiesta residential area of Quesada. Bars, shops, restaurants within easy access. Ideally located to having a peaceful family holiday. Quesada is situated 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly 2 minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club. The Villa is fully air-conditioned. SatTV (English channels), DVD, CD player are available. The kitchen is completely equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The seperate dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue and sun beds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area. Off street parking.

Quesada is a residential city located 8 km from Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coastal line amongst salt lakes acclaimed for its health improving properties. The climate of the area is very hospitable: soft winters, slightly warm summers and sun for more than 300 days annually. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, aquaparks, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are numerous facilities at Ciudad Quesada with a vast array of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and every amenity you might need including banks, dentists, pharmacies, hairdressers and a medical centre. Quesada is 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. The 11 km long, exceptionally wide, sandy, blue flag beach is one of the best on the Med Coast, with a stylish car free promenade, water sports and beach side cafes.

Notes: The outdoor pool operates with natural chlorine generated from salt and being maintained twice a week. The property is suitable for early spring and late autumn stay being equipped with cold and hot air-conditioning units and electric heaters. Whilst we will allow smokers we would kindly ask not to smoke in the property itself except the terrace in order to keep the appearance clean for future visitors.

Costa Blanca Area : In Torrevieja there are many more great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there are also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour. The scenery is compelling with the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena with its historic Roman architecture to the south. You might enjoy the open-air markets that are regularly held at numerous location nearby (Campo de Guardamar, Guardamar, Torrevieja) or you might choose for a high class shopping in Torrevieja Habaneras shopping centre or in Alicante El Corte Ingles department store.

Quesada: Quesada is 5 kms away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. There are numerous other ' blue flag ' beaches in the Costa Blanca area: La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura. Ciudad Quesada boasts an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and amenities including banks, chemists, dentists, a medical centre, town hall, and supermarkets. There is a Water Park in the town open during June, July and August. The park offers a swimming pool, supervised water slides, a restaurant and a beautiful lawned area. There is a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome. La Marquesa Golf and Country Club is an 18 hole championship course. Golfers can enjoy the club house and its bar and restaurant are open to golfers and families alike.

Fly to Alicante (ALC) or Murcia (MJV) Airports. Villa Sara is located 35 minutes drive from both airports. Car hire is easy and can be arranged in advance for airport collection through the internet.

Other Activities: tennis, bowling, crazy go-cart, Aquaparks in Quesada and Torrevieja.

VILLA SARA WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT, THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT,NICE AND QUIET, THE VILLA INSIDE WAS ON , ONE FLOOR 3 LARGE BEDROOMS AND A LARGE LOUNGE , THE DINNING ROOM WAS ALSO A GOOD SIZE , THE KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU WANT IF YOU WANT TO COOK, THE PROPERTY WAS WELL MAINTAINED AND WAS VERY CLEAN, THE POOL WAS A VERY GOOD SIZE AND WAS CLEANED TWICE A WEEK , THE OWNER OF THE VILLA WAS EXCELLENT , AND HER NAME WAS BEATA, THE VILLA IS LOOKED AFTER BY MARIE AND BOB WHO MAKE YOU VERY WELCOME AND IS ON HAND IF THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS OCCUR ,ALSO I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY , THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS WERE ONLY A 5 MIN DRIVE AWAY,THE RESTAURANTS CUISINE WERE EXCELLENT, THE BEACH WAS ONLY A 10MIN DRIVE AWAY AND WAS VERY QUIET ,THIS WAS AT GUARDAMAR, SO OVERALL A GREAT HOLIDAY HAD BY ALL

Wonderfully maintained, a real home from home. Very clean inside and out.
Pool cleaned twice a week. Friendly and helpful welcome.

our stay at villa sara

This was the second time we have stayed at villa sara,having previously stayed in the area twice before.
The villa is beautifly finished and although there was only two of us,it would be more than big enough for six.
the gardens and pool are lovely and also large and secluded.
The area is quiet and in walking distance of most facilities.
We had a very peaceful time by the pool and will be going back soon
