Beautiful, spacious well equipped three-bedroom (2 bathrooms) villa with private pool in an elevated position in the residential area of Quesada. Quesada is situated 5 kms away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly a couple of minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club. This beautiful villa boasts three bedrooms (comfortably suitable for 6 persons), two with double beds, one with twin beds.The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. SAT TV, DVD, CD player, air conditioning and ceiling fans are installed. There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue and sun beds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.

Quesada is a residential city located 8 kms from Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca costal line. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops in the residential area within a couple minutes srive. In Torrevieja there are many more great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there is also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Quesada is 5 kms away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. The 11 kms long beach is one of the best on the Coast, with a stylish car free promenade, exceptionally wide blue flag beach, water sports and beach side cafes. The climate of the area is specially hospitable: soft winters, slightly warm summers and sun for more than 300 days annually. This gives an outstanding opportunity for playing golf. The city is within easy driving distance of 5 major Golf courses, La Marquesa Golf Club is situated just a couple of minutes drive from Villa Sara.

Notes to the rental rates

  • GBP 100 non refundable deposit payable at booking and the balance payable 4 weeks before the booked vacation period.
    80 Euro cleaning charge is to be paid at taking over the key per stay.
    £200 returnable breakage deposit required per booking. Extra cleaning and linen change at Euro 100 (GBP 70) upon special request. Less than a week booking upon special agreement. In this case cleaning rate is Euro 100.
    The villa has to be vacated till 11am on the day of your leave to ensure cleaning of the property. You can accommodate latest as of 4pm in the afternoon upon your arrival.

    Alicante: 40 Euro/one way
    Murcia: 45 Euro/one way
  • Unlimited 3 Mb broadband internet access is available upon request at a weekly rate of Euro 20,- (GBP 15,- ).
