    Linen and towels will be provided. Please bring your own beach and swimming towels.
    There will be a charge of 50 Euros for air conditioning/heating, payable on arrival.
    There is a security/damage deposit of £250, refundable in full 14 days after vacating the villa, subject to there being no damages or breakage.
    A booking is considered firm when we have received a (non-refundable) deposit of £100 per week. Final payment must be received eight weeks prior to the holiday.
    Please note, this is a de-luxe villa, and available only to adults and children over 12.
