This beautiful ,spacious Villa is furnished to a high standard. The large lounge/dining area has wide screen English satellite TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds. There is another bathroom with shower cubicle. All accommodation is on one level . Cleaning is inclusive , with air con included for the Summer months ONLY ( JUNE , JULY & AUGUST ). For the rest of the year there are ceiling fans , + a gas fire & underfloor heating for the wintertime. The walled plot (500m2) has mature gardens + extensive seating/BBQ area with sun loungers, tables and chairs etc overlooking the large pool ( 8x4m ), with mountain views. Also , as of June 2006 , the Porch has been glazed-in,with new rattan furniture, & a glass brick shower cubicle built by the pool. There are numerous bars and restaurants at the commercial complex which is only a 6-7 minute stroll away

The villa is located between the typically Spanish towns of Benijofar and Rojales and is easily accessed by the main motorway (A-7) from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) airports, approximately 30 minutes each way. Both towns are only a 5 minute drive away (easily walkable) as is the waterpark at Quesada and the golf course in Rojales (La Marquesa) The Blue Flag beaches at Guardamar and the bustling seafront town of Torrevieja are both 15 minutes by car. Benidorm with its theme parks , Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar are an hours drive away. Keen golfers will not be disappointed as there are 5 courses within a 20 minute drive. Shopaholics will enjoy the huge hypermarket (Carrefour) and the new Habaneras shopping complex next door (60 top name and local shops) , children and adults are well catered for with a bowling alley, play areas, KFC, McDonalds and much more all in the same area, just a 15 minute drive away on the outskirts of Torrevieja.

lost count how many times we have been now but we love it ! love sue and neil great hosts . they think i am joking when i say it is my second home ha ! well i am not so if you phone them to book a week or 2 and your dates are not free well thats cos i am there again book early folks ! c u in a few weeks sue neil lotsa love mad kaz doncaster xx

this holiday had everything.cheerful & efficient pick up at airport.(2 couples in their 60s with the 86 year old mother in a wheelchair).amazing villa,surroundings,numerous good places to eat,markets.neil & sue are the perfect hosts & go beyond normal "owner" standards to make your stay unforgettable. the yellow brick road will be taking us BACK TO OZ MANY TIMES IN THE FUTURE YIPPEE.

We stayed at the villa for a week in late September and weren't disappointed.The villa is clean,spacious,well equipped and in a great location.Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Neil and Sue were a great help with their advice and knowledge on where to go.

Looking forward to booking again in the near future

We were renting a private villa in the Torrevieja region for about the 6th time and were familiar with the area. Neil and Sue's villa descriptions were very accurate and we were impressed with the level of cleanliness and detail. There were 5 of us staying, myself,husband and 10year old daughter and also my parents, the villa had plenty of room for all of us and ample outside space. It was certainly one of the best equipped properties we have stayed in and i woudn't hesitate to recommend it. The local restaurants were good and the facilities down at the carrefoure shopping centre are excellent. One of our favourite evenings out is the local go-kart track, and we would also highly recommend the Wok Buffet(Comida Asiatica) in the Ctra.Crevillente at Torrevieja (near to Carrefour and the ten-pin bowling)the food is freshly cooked for you and excellent value for money. Our favourite beach in the area is Guardamar which is just a few minutes by car from the villa.

A very clean and well equipped villa in a quiet residential area.Excellent for a relaxing break.Good selection of restuarants and bars just a few hundred yards walk.Large supermarket and water park a short drive.We would recommend this villa to family and friends without doubt.We will try and return to this villa in the future.Neil and Sue were helpful with transport to and from the airport,and most patient with our requests.
