This villa is located a short drive from the seaside town of Guardamar Situated in the quiet area of Benimar , close to the towns of Rojales and Quesada (5 min drive away ) This is a well equipped and comfortably furnished 2 bedroom villa.which also includes a 2 bedroom self contained apartment , Other properties share the swimming pool. There are restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes and price range within easy walking distance. The typically Spanish town of Rojales is only a 15 minute walk away and boasts a weekly market and good supermarkets. The Golf Course at La Marquesa Country Club is within 5 mins drive and there are 4 other golf courses within a 20 min drive. A popular Aqua park is only 10 minutes walking distance away. The Blue Flag beach of Guardamar and the bustling cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja are a short drive away. The property is 30 minutes away from the airports of Alicante and Murcia, both of which are served by a range of low cost airlines.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is one of several properties on an immaculately kept community, sharing a swimming pool. You will find everything you could possible need for a Spanish holiday; beautiful, clean beaches, ( total of 38 Blue Flag beaches 2 of which are at Guadamar and La Marina, a short drive away) some 14 golf courses to choose from including La Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor La Manga and La Finca. The local coarse is only five min drive away. There is plenty for children to do- theme parks, water park (summer only) 15 minute walk, go karts,crazy golf etc. This region enjoys good year-round temperatures. A supermarket, bars and several good inexpensive restaurants are 5 to 10 min walk from the villa. The towns of Rojales and Quesada are a few minutes away both offering many restaurants, bars, takeaways supermarkets local markets etc Major centres within an hour include Benidorm, Alicante, Murcia and Torrevieja. An ideal location to suit all needs

Golf: There are some 14 golf courses to choose from in the area including Villamartin, Las Ramblas,Royal Campoamar. We are a short drive from the newly opened, stunning 'La Finca' course at Algorfa (hosting the Spanish Open Rojales) has its own course - Le Marquesa, is only 2 miles away from the villa and offers very reasonable green fees and a very good choice of restaurants, bars and a very good take-away Further golf details on request

Climate: The Costa Blanca 'White Coast' is situated between the two other well known areas of Costa Brava to the north and Costa del Sol to the south. This coast, protected by the Crevillente mountains to the west and with the warm Mediterranean sea on its eastern shores has an excellent winter climate. According to the World Health Organisation this is the healthiest place to live! Average daytime temperatures vary from 17C in February & December to 32C in August and September

Booking, Laundry ,Cleaning, Etc.: Booking notes - Please contact the owners to book. 20% deposit is required to confirm booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before holiday commences. Booking deposits are not refundable. A £100 refundable deposit is requested to cover breakages (although crockery etc is easily replaced locally). Cleaning/towels -linen/maid service: The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and again on departure at a cost of 75 euros (including all laundry etc.). THIS IS NOW INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE. Guests staying for two weeks or more can request a further clean at extra cost, although cleaning equipment and a washing machine etc. is available in the villa. All linen and towels provided (excluding pool towels). Extra photo's of villa rooms etc. available on request by e-mail. Bookings by the week (part week counts as full week). Full copy of Terms and Conditions available on request

Just returned from a short break at this lovely villa in Benimar. The accomodation was perfect for two families on holiday together. It was clean, well maintained and had every appliance, crockery utensils and furniture etc that a family needed. The rooms were spacious and cool. A pool within a few yards with a childrens area. Very quiet at night, however within walking distance of some lively bars and restaurants and shops banks pharmacy etc.
Would definately recommeded this accomodation for a pleasant holiday during any season. Also just a short drive to lovely Guardamar beach. Owner rang us to make sure we had settled in and that there were no problems. Extremely happy customer and look forward to going back again soon.

the description was accurate with regard to location, layout, amenities and the photos accurate.
The villa was well-maintained, clean and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you could imagine needing.
We felt we got value for money, good customer service and recommend to friends or others. The chap that met us at the villa was a relative to the owner and local in the area so as well as being freindly and welcoming was a great resource!
It was a good base to beaches at Guadamar (big waves to body board), Santa Pola(windsurfing etc) only 1.5 hrs south to La Manga and lovely quiet beaches at callblanque. Took a great boat ride from Santa Pola to the island of Tabarca for snorkelling. We did not use local eateries at Benimar nearest to villa- only because to English so could not comment, but used local newsagent who has internet access.
Enjoyed eating in Guadamar and the night markets.
The villa had a seperate appartment in with own front door so was great for us as family of four who went with two adult friends. We would love to go back.
