The villa is very pretty with its own garden and roof terrace plus large well equipped balcony. It has a very attractive communal pool and all appliances. It is in a very quiet immaculately kept plaza with a pretty outlook (overlooks the pool area) and is only a short walk (2 minutes) from bars and restaurants.

Casa Fiori is situated on a quiet urbanisation between the towns of Benijofar and Rojales. It is also within 5 minutes from the town of Quesada. The villa is situated on an immaculately kept community a 2 minute walk from local bars, restaurants and shops and a 5/10 minute walk from both towns where there are supermarkets banks and excellent markets etc. A 10 minute drive will take you to the fabulous blue flag beach at Guardamar. There is also a water park within walking distance and there are also at least 5 top class golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The International airports of Alicante and Murcia are around a 30 minute drive away and they are both served by popular budget airlines.

Half Terms and Easter charged at Christmas rate. The prices are for the villa per week. A basic welcome pack is provided. The price quoted is for up to parties of 5. Parties of 6/8 please add £100.

A deposit of 25% of the total price is chargeable at time of booking. The balance is payable in full 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable by separate cheque at the time of paying the balance. 10 euros per person is payable to our representative upon arrival to cover final clean and laundry.
