Beautiful detached Villa in its own grounds with private pool. The villa is set over two floors. On the raised ground floor is a large lounge and dining area, kitchen, Master bedroom with ensuite, separate twin bedroom plus family bathroom there is also a conservatory and a 2 terraces (one to the front overlooking the pool area and one to the side offering far reaching views, you can sit and relax and watch the sky fill with fireworks on a Fiesta night). On the lower ground floor with its own private entrance (please note there is no internal staircase) are two bedrooms, two bathrooms a lounge with sofa bed and a kitchen. The villa has Air conditioning and ceiling fans for keeping cool in the summer months plus underfloor heating for the winter months. Within a 4 to 5 min walk are several shops bars cafes plus lots of good restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Mexican etc). The closest beach is blue flag status and is around 10min drive. Local water park 7min drive.

Benimar is a Peaceful village located between the typically Spanish towns of Benijofar and Rojales. Easy access by motorway from both Alicante and Murcia Airports. Local beaches (10 min drive) can be found at Guadamar and La Marina. For the kids less than 7 min drive away is the large Water park at Quesada (open from June to Sept)

Hi Kerry Got home safe and sound to some lovely cold weather, totally
depressed, this was the only holiday I can honestly say I would have stayed
another week. The villas was superb. We felt totally at home there and I
can honestly say I would recommend it to anyone and would consider going
back again myself. I loved the area and the people were great
and being there during the Fiestas really made it special. Bill and
Sue are lovely people who genuinely seemed happy that we enjoyed staying at

Excellent villa, pool and everything but most of all Bill and Sue were excellent, lovely people, very warm and friendly.
We felt totally at home. The villa was very cleaned, well maintained and also the pool and the beatifull garden. The welcome pack was very nourishing and we were spoiled by our host.
Near by are a lot of restaurants with various cuisine: indian, chinese, belgian, etc.
We recommended the villa to our friends. Bill and Sue, thank you for all and please keep villa for us next year.

Special thanks to Jan, which was very frindly and help us a lot.

Family of 8 staying at villa

Absolutely Beautiful - place, villa, pool, location. Sue And Bill were so friendly and helpful. Villa has 2 large beds upstairs and self contained flat in basement which was ideal for our 2 families. Totally immaculate, Gardens well maintained, pool cleaned twice when we were there. Location - clight hill to villa - however lovely walk down to town where loads of resturants, bars, shops. No public transport but local taxi firm very pleasant and drove us to all surrounding location for 6euros. - Rojales and Quesada nearest towns with bars, market, shops, resturants etc - our age group was from 65 down to 13 and plenty for all ages. - Definately will visit again - (Maybe not in August as extremely hot - especially for the pensioners !!) - Thanks to Sue - you made us very welcome..
