This is a well equipped, comfortably furnished self-catering, detached Spanish villa in Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain. Situated in a quite residential area of Rojales Hills, (off Benijofar), close to the towns of Rojales and Quesada. It is only 30 mins from Alicante airport and 5 kms to the nearest coast. There are many nice beaches including La Mata, La Marina, Guardamar and Torrevieja along this coast. Benimar is a very relaxing town with friendly locals, It has a safe feeling about the place. The area has some of the best Indian, Mexican and Spanish restaurants. The property has a fantastic private swimming pool. There are local amenities within walking distance, including an English pub, restaurants, Convenience / grocery stores, Chemist, CAM bank/ATMs. There is an Aqua Park 5 min from the villa. A car is necessary but their are cabs and bus services from the nearest town of Rojales. We can arrange for pick up and drop off to the Airports. OCCUPANCY MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE

Situated in a quiet spot between the very Spanish towns of Rojales and Benijofar where there are plenty of authentic spanish restaurants and bars. A good range of local restaurants, bars & shops are just a few minutes walk away. One of the most beautiful sandy beach can be found at Guadamar which is a ten minute drive. An excellent water park is also just a 5 minute drive away. The larger town of Torrevieja is approximately a 15 minute drive. Here there is a cosmopolitan lifestyle with the most beautiful promenade lined with restaurants and bars. The town also has a daily market on the promenade and a huge Friday market where all the locals, shop . This location really does have a lot to offer! Their is a local Golf course La Marquesa Golf course about 6 mins drive. The Villa Has plenty of Sun Traps for topping up the Tan even in the Winter Months. For those who love a quite drink in the evening with friendly atmosphere will love Championes bar which also serves very good food.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note all cleaning fees of Euro 50 to be paid to agent on arrival. This price is only if the villa is left in clean state. Peope leaving the villa in bad state will be charged accordingly to agents extra cleaning fees and will be deducted from the deposit.
    Deposit of Euro 100 per week to be paid on reservation and the actual agreed weekly rate to be paid 8 weeks in advance.
    ?100 will not be refunded if cancelled last minute. Cancellation must be made 8 weeks prior for the full refund.
    All prices are inclusive of Electric and water rates. Long term hire can be negotiated.
    All Guests must vacate Villa by 10:30 Am on last day of Rental
    RESERVATION WILL BE GUARANTEED ONLY ONCE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.
  • Short notice Booking total sum to be paid before commencement of Holiday. This can be arranged to be paid on arrival at the Villa. Keys nor access will not be given until full payment is made to our agent on site.
    Monthy Rental is available. Please call owner for Details and Rental cost.
  • £100 refundable breakage and any damage Deposit to be paid on top of rental charges and rental deposit. This will be refunded 2 week after the Holidays provided their are no breakages or damage to the property. Payment can be made with Cheque or Paypal only. Sorry no credit card as this is a Private Hire.

Great villa everything we needed

this is one of the best villas we have stayed in. For the first time ever bedroom pillows were plenty and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all utensils we required even a brilliant sharp knife (how often is that in villa rental). Pool was great nice and clean well maintained and lots of room for children to play outside which again is unusual in villa rental in this area.

Down side there was only a portable tv but we dont go away to watch tv so wasnt too bothered, it did have English channels and there was dvd's which my daughter was happy with,
Can say without a doubt that we would use again and .recommend to others.

my husband and i stayed at the villa with my sister in law and her partner this easter and i must say i was really impressed by the amount of space that came around the villa, the pool was fab a little cold in april but none the less great for a cool down as the weather was gorgeous. the villa itself was excellent everything we needed was there, phil was lovely and helpful and the villa was clean and tidy. we had the en suite room which was great as being 8 months pregnant up and down the lool all time lol. The villa was well within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants on benimar. we shall be going again and staying at this villa. Thanks for a fab time Bal....

Thanks for a wonderful time we stayed for a week from the 19th july 08. On arrival we found Phil very helpful as we got lost!
Great villa and all local shops and restuarants were very good too.
Looking forward to returning next year.
