The apartments are luxurious.Both apartments are light and airy, large living/dining area with seating for 4, & TV, Radio, kitchen a fridge freezer, oven & hob, & a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron & ironing board.Downstairs are 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds each, upstairs 1 bedroom (double) and 2 bathroom suite with a shower. air conditioning. There is a large patio at the front & a smaller one at the back. A large solarium provides an ideal BBQ setting with breathtaking views. large private pool next to it open all year round. The property is on the outskirts of Rojales which is a quiet town with shops, banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk away. There is a whole street of discos near by that are very lively. In Benimar itself there are more English bars & restaurants (Indian, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, English, Dutch, etc) where entertainment is usually excellent. Guadamar & Torrevieja beaches are only 10 mins by car/ bus

Benimar, Rojales is a quiet town during the day a perfect place to sit & watch the world go by. Many people just laze by the pool, beach, play golf or shop during the day by the town becomes very lively with a whole road of disco's opening until the early hours, The local people are mainly the ones who go to these but they welcome everybody. Guadamar is about 10 mins drive away this has a very large beautiful and safe blue flag beach. If you fancy some fresh air to your body there is a large nudist beach there. In Quesada there is a water park. Torrevieja is about a 10-minute drive away and here you can enjoy all the facilities of a big tourist resort Water Sports, large shopping areas, bars & restaurants. There are 5 large golf courses within a 20 min drive from the apartment the nearest being Quesada only 5 minutes away the next is La Finca in Algorfa which is only about 10 mins away. The Spanish open was held her in 2007 a fab place for GOLFERS. There are also frequent markets.

    The Apartment is handy for all golf courses and course times and fees can be pre booked at a saving if you arrange it yourself over the web. Much cheaper than paying for pre arranged golf courses. The Spanish Open is being held in Algorfa at the La finca course a 10 minute drive away.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The property is a maite build and the underbuild is very spacious and cool in the summer, it has windows in all rooms so light is not a problem. You do have to go down some stairs to get there and up some stairs to enter the upstairs.
