Notes to the rental rates

• The longer a person wishes to stay the more flexible we can be on the rental tariff.
  
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required 7 days after booking to secure dates. Full payment would be required 8 weeks before the date of departure.
  
• Please email me to enquire about dates as we are a business independent to Holiday Rentals and due to the nature of property rental we don't always have time to update every calendar.

Airport Transfers & Car hire

We provide transport to and from both Alicante and Murcia airports at a fixed rate of 75 Euro return. We can also supply car hire direct to the property should it be required, more details can be found at our website www.e-casa.co.uk

Cleaning Charges and Deposit.

Clients are required to leave 65Euro on their departure to allow our cleaning partners to clean the property to our typical high standard.

Golf Information:

We Provide tours of the Costa Blanca golf courses and can arrange anything from tea times to transfers to and from each course. We can cater for a number of individuals and can seek more accommodation if required. This is a professional service offered by our Spanish Partner based in the Costa Blanca.
