Spacious three bedroom detached villa with large garden and good-sized private pool. The villa is set over one level and has a roof top solarium. the villa consists of open plan living dining and kitchen area (sofa seating for 6 persons and dining for 6 persons) family bathroom with bath and shower, two twin bedrooms plus master bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room. Air-conditioning is fitted to the main living /dining and kitchen area. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds (The bedrooms remain cooler during summer months due to villa layout. The villa has 2 TV’s (one in living room and one in master bedroom) both fitted with satellite /cable system offering a good selection of English channels, there is also a DVD player and portable CD player. The garden area has an 8 meter by 4 meter private swimming pool with 4 sun beds plus several tables and chairs and umbrella for shade and BBQ. Shops, restaurants, Bars, supermarkets etc are 4 min walk

San Luis is an established residential area set besides the beautiful salt lakes and pine forests on the borders of the city of Torreveija. Typical properties in San Luis are detached villas in their own grounds. San Luis has its own local selection of shops, bars and restaurants, supermarket banks etc (All within 5 min walk from the villa). next door to San Luis is La Siesta where you will find a superb Water Park (open June to September) great fun for the kids. The closest beaches can be found at Guadamar and can be reached within 10 mins by car. Torreveija town centre is 7 mins by car.

Hi Kerry, Yes, we had a splendid time once we got our bearings. A welcome package containing map of area and taxi nos would have helped!
However we are fairly resourceful and soon got to know that local cab company quite well! We left cards for future visitors.

We have had a fantastic fortnight. The villa is superb, had everything we needed, the pool was a huge hit with the kids. Its in a great location, very quiet yet only a minutes walk from bars, shops and eateries. Also just a minutes walk to the bus stop which runs a decent service into town. Many thanks to Glynn for our airport pickup and drop off service and to Kerry for meeting us with the keys and the final cleaning. Thanks to you for making these arrangements and for very quickly sorting out the electricity problem we had. Would deffinately recommend this villa to friends, you may see us back in the future.
