Air-conditioning is fitted to the main living /dining and kitchen area. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds (The bedrooms remain cooler during summer months due to villa layout. The villa has 2 TV’s (one in living room and one in master bedroom) both fitted with satellite /cable system offering a good selection of English channels, there is also a DVD player and portable CD player. The garden area has an 8 meter by 4 meter private swimming pool with 4 sun beds plus several tables and chairs and umbrella for shade and BBQ.   There is a standard cleaning / laundry charge of €75 euros per stay payable on arrival.
