Private self contained villa located in Spanish/English residential area. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room + kitchen with large sun terrace and alfresco shaded/sun area . Beautiful gated communal Swimming pool, including children's pool with grass and tree shaded areas. 7 minutes drive to the blue flag beach of La Mata. Local bars and restaurants within walking distance, alternatively 5 minutes walk to the taxi rank which will take you to the Torrevieja promenade with restaurants for 4€. Friday market with hundreds of stalls ranging from local delicacies to designer clothing.

Located in the Spanish area of Dona Ines close to Torrevieja Town & the Parc De Nationale. Flights are available either Alicante or Murcia, only 30 minutes by car. Car Hire is available at the Airport or the local bus stop will take you into Torrevieja Town. The nearest beach at Playa De La Mata is a 7 minute drive which has been awarded blue flag status. The Aquapolis water park in Torrevieja is within walking distance which children will love, for further afield the Aqualandia water park in Benidorm. is also great for all ages. 5 minutes walk to the taxi rank which will take you to restaurants and local bars on the seafront promenade for 4 euros. Alternatively there are local bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a wide choice of Golf Courses within 15/20 minutes drive. Torrevieja Town also boasts a Friday market with hundreds of stalls ranging from local delicacies to 'Designer clothing'

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit is required on booking your holiday, which is non-refundable. A security deposit of £100 is required for all holiday bookings, which will be returned once the keys have been returned and confirmation of no damage. The full balance, plus your security deposit is required 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Linen is provided, but please supply your own beach towels. 50€ is charged for the cleaning of the apartment & the laundry. This has to be paid to the key holder in Spain.
