Brand new spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with pool
The apartment is one of the largest on the complex situated on the corner on the first floor. This apartment and complex is brand new only finished summer of 2005. Therefore having all modern equipment. The apartment is 110m sq with 3 large bedrooms 2 large bathrooms 3 balconies, very large dining room and lounge and also large kitchen. This is a very spacious apartment and sleeps 7 comfortably and is ideal for family and friends. There is an en suite bathroom with the main bedroom with shower and spa bath, and private terrace. The kitchen is full equipped and modern with oven and hob, fridge and washing machine all brand new appliances and breakfast table. The lounge has TV DVD and SKY English channels and a dining table that seats 6 but can be enlarged to accommodate more. There is a large communal pool with sunbathing and shower facilities situated within the complex.

The Apartment is situated less than 3 minutes walk from the town centre of Almoradi. Almoradi is a beautiful old town not to big not to small and, that still has the charm and elegance of a traditional Spanish village. Almoradi is no more than a 20 minute drive from a good selection of golf courses; with La Finca & la Marquesa clubs significantly closer. There are many fiestas (festivals) throughout Almoradi's calendar, some of which are a real spectacle & well worth a look. The cuisine is another major bonus though made up of mainly traditional Spanish fare; although international tastes are also catered for. The beach of Guardemar is one of the most beautiful in the Alicante area, which is no more than a 10 minute drive away.
