The apartment is in the market town of Almoradi just 15 minutes from the beautiful beach at Guardamar. Being situated on the ground floor, with private gated patio with direct access to the swimming pool makes it ideal for families. The apartment has 2 large bathrooms & being nearly 100 metres squared in size is very large by Spanish standards. Their is also a DVD player should you wish to bring your own DVDs. Almoradi is a large old type Spanish town & hosts the largest Saturday market for miles. It has a multitude of bars & restaurants and a large traditional town square all of which is only a 5 minute walk away.
