The apartment is in on the first floor of a secure private development (for which there is a lift), and is overlooking the communal pool. The apartment has controllable air conditioning and also heating for the cooler months. There are three light and airy bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes one double , one bunk bedded and one twin room. The twin has an en suite bathroom, there is also an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob large fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle. The utility room has automatic washing machine. The lounge is tastefully furnished, for your entertainment there is a TV & DVD Player. The dining area provides seating for six. The balcony overlooks the pool and is also equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Within the landscaped grounds there is a pool and shallow pool for small children along with a tennis court (not full size) for your use. The beach and restaurants/bars etc are literally a five minute walk.

Albir is situated on the coast and is just 4 miles from the lively resort of Benidorm. It is far more peaceful and offers an opportunity to escape the hussle & bustle. The beach is considered one of the best in the area, and stretches along to Altea. The town offers a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment is situated close to Albir's cricket ground and golf driving range where you may hire or bring your own clubs. Albir esplanade attracts everyone for pleasant strolls along the seafront. There are 2 children's playgrounds on the beach itself. During the summer months a small market of local art & craft is set up at the upper end of the seafront. Terra Mitica theme park/Aqualandia and Mundomar are all within a ten minute drive from Albir which will guarantee entertainment for all ages. The municipality of Albir borders onto the charming town of Altea with it's olde world charm, cobbled streets and domed church which can be seen from miles around.

For late bookings the full amount will be due and will be discussed at the time of booking. A welcome pack with some wine and cold beer (for refreshment after a hard day's travelling!), along with some essentials, ie; tea, coffee & milk etc can be provided for you on arrival, there will be a small charge for this service. Please advise when booking if you require this. The apartment is equipped for six people to stay comfortably. However there is a double bed settee in the living area should you have party of 8.

This apartment is ideally situated in secluded area with great amenities, spacous, spotlessly clean,and a lovely pool to relax at. Close to beach and lovely restaraunts which are very reasonable and if you like a nice glass of wine at €1 a glass it is fantastic Our 4 teenage daughters loved it too and felt very safe in the apartment with its gates locked at all times.We attended a wedding in Albir so romantic and weather fabulous not too hot with nice breeze.Will come back again, thanks to Elaine for correct information and Martin for looking after us so well. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a nice holiday and a peaceful nights sleep as it is a little bit of heaven in this area of Albir.

An excellent holiday apartment

I spent a wonderful, relaxing, long weekend here last october and I can happily recommend this lovely apartment. Situated close to the beach, supermarket and cafes and waterfront promenade this is an ideal apartment for a relaxing holiday. The area has enough going on without being crowded or too "touristy" but with Benidorm a quick bus trip away there is access to lively nightlife should you require it. This was the first time I had booked a holiday apartment rental online and I was very happy with the communication I recieved from the owner who was very informative and helpful. The apartment is lovely, clean and well presented and I am looking forward to booking my next vist!

spent 2 wks in albir,with husband,sister,2 teenagers.apartment fantastic.real home from home(including washing machine!!).clean,spacious,comfy etc etc.pool lovely.restaurants lovely.wok buffet fantastic value for money.albir front beautiful,beach picturesque(take shoes for beach as pebbles!!)lovely walk to altea.plenty of bars etc to suit all types.benidorm 20mins away1.20e each way on localbus.we didn't have car,so ideal.water park in benidorm great.plenty of supermarkets nearby.highly recommend if you want to get away with family.far enough away from hustle and bustle of benidorm,but there shuld you fancy it. many thanks to owner elaine.everything ran smoothly. mgt eric claire joe(liverpool) berni(clydebank)
