Altea Piteras is an attractive modern apartment block set within the beautiful and popular town of Altea.This comfortable ground floor 1 bedroomed apartment has a sunny south facing balcony with views to the sea,and exclusive use of the swimming pool and sunbathing area.It is well equipped with one bedroom including double bed and wardrobe. The lounge/dining room includes television,double sofa bed and dining table with four chairs.The American style kitchen includes fridge,hob,oven and all the necessary equipment for cooking.The bathroom is tiled and includes bath/shower,toilet and washing machine. The apartment block has a passenger lift which travels to the underground garage space.Conveniently the apartment is centrally situated for the town of Altea,which includes all the facilities of shops,banks,restaurants and cafes.The beach can be be reached by a short eight minute walk.There is also a train station and bus service close by.

The apartment was nice and clean and the location was very good.It was a few minutes from the beach and very close to the restaurants in the old town of Altea.
The owners were very friendly and helpsome.
The pool was small, but our 6year old grandson loved it!
Good value for money!
