This recently constructed apartment has been finished to a very high standard with furnishings to compliment. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 double which has patio doors to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool, 1 twin bedroom, on this level is the main bathroom. There is also a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room. All main rooms benefit from air conditioning. From the living room there are stairs leading to the roof terrace which is perfect for outside eating and drinking, or simply relaxing and taking in the stunning views to the Church of the Virgen del Consuelo and the old town in one direction, and the mountains of Sierra Bernia and the Mediterranean to the other.

This 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located for the enjoyment of Altea's local amenities. The property is on the edge of the Old Town and within easy walking distance of the magnificent Church of the Virgen del Consuelo, which can be seen from the roof terrace. In front of the church is a beautiful plaza lined with restaurants and cafe/bars, from this point there are many meandering streets leading to the beach/promenade and also the 'new' town of Altea, these streets have some of the best restaurants in the area, both Spanish and International. For days out there is also much to see, one of which is the historic fortress town of Guadalest, rumoured to be the final stronghold of the invading Moors. The waterfalls of the Fonts d'Algar are well worth a visit, while you are in the area we would recommend a drive up to the picturesque village of Tarbena, before entering Tarbena is 'the Fox' restaurant from where you can enjoy good food with spectacular views over the surrounding area.

Wonderful views of the the church in the square and surrourding mountains and sea. Clean and fresh apartment, very homely with a huge resource of cd's, dvd's, books and local information and maps. They came in very useul. The pool was very relaxing and and the community was very polite and pleasent. I will definately go again!!! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lovely little apartment near the old town

We really enjoyed this lovely apartment in Altea. It was modern and emmacualte.Thie apartment is compact yet has all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice flat screen TV with a selection of DVDs. There was a generous supply of towels,blankets and pillows. We loved the location; a short staircase away from the lovely old town sqaure, a ten minute walk from the beautiful esplanade, and a few blocks away from a supermarket. The roof terrace has a lovely view of the town,harbor and old church: the perfect spot for mornig tea, afternoon cocktails or a romantic evening under the stars. Too bad it was too cold to take a dip in the pool,maybe next time!

Fine appartment in the center of Altea

We spent a week there and it completely fulfilled our expectations! The apartment is quite new, with modern furniture and it contained everything we needed. Even milk, bread, coffee and a bottle of wine was there when we arrived. It is very much in the center of Altea, the main square of the old town is a few minutes walking distance. It was a pleasure to have a glass of wine on the small terrace with the view to the old center, the sea and the mountains. A good choice for people who are not looking exclusively for the beach.
