Beautiful modern apartment. The complex is gated, both outside gate and lobby. All apartments have sea views and are about an 8 minute walk to the beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach, shops, bars & restaurants.The apt is situated on a gentle hill so not recommended for anyone with walking difficulties. It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven hob, air con/heating (metered). There are balconies with patio furniture for 'alfresco' dining. There is an en-suite shower room in the 2 bed, plus a bathroom. There is a bus stop not far away with stops every 20 minutes, which will take you into the heart of Benidorm which is renowned for it's beautiful long beaches and lively night-life. On the other hand if you prefer the Spanish lifestyle, you can visit the sleepy mountain villages of Finestrat, Polop or Guadalest. The Theme Parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia, and Mundomar are all close by. The resort is located a mere 5 kms south of Benidorm

• £100 refundable deposit charged for lost keys/damage/breakages.
  Payment terms are £200 deposit to be paid within 5 days to hold dates and the balance becomes due 8 weeks before travel.
