Apartment in Benidorm, La Cala de Finestrat - Costa Blanca, Spain: our privately owned 'Cala Palmera' apartment is located just 70 meters from the beach sands in Benidorm-South. The apartment is located in an exclusive market block on the corner of the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful garden with private pool and tennis courts. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and has 3 bedrooms, a fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freeze, oven and hob, toaster and coffee machine. There is satellite-TV. The furnishings are high quality and comfortable. The apartment has 2 complete bathrooms, one with bath, the other one with shower. There is a large balcony with quality furniture and sun screens. We provide sun loungers. In the street is a bus and taxi stop.

The apartment is situated in Benidorm-South, 50 meters from the 3rd beach of Benidorm, called 'La Cala de Finestrat'. It is a small, beautiful beach with many shops/supermarkets, restaurants and terraces. It is (by car) 10 minutes away from the old center. A bus stop and a taxi stop are in the same street of the apartment, just 1 minute walk. The Carrefour is 5 minutes by car/bus, as well as shopping center 'La Marina' or the big zoo 'Terra Natura' and amusement park 'Terra Mitica'. Every Friday there is a spacious, very complete week market on 3 minutes walk.
