Situated on the picturesque coast road between Moraira and Calpe on the Costa Blanca. The apartment La Pinada offers comfortable accommodation to sleep 4/5 persons, the apartment is the whole upper floor of a large typical Spanish villa with accommodation all on one level, it consists of 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom. a well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable lounge with TV, and music centre, the large terrace is partly covered, it has a gas barbeque and a large dining table and chairs for Al Fresco meals, and to watch the wonderful sunsets whilst wining and dining, There is an 8x4mtr kidney shaped private swimming pool with areas for sunbathing and eating, also a charcoal BBQ in the mature garden.

Set in the countryside looking out over vineyards and olive groves to Calpe Rock and the Bernia mountains with glimpses of the sea, there are many small secluded coves, both rocky and sandy close by. In one direction is Moraira a pretty village with a marina and fishing port, sandy beaches and lots of restaurants and shops to suit all tastes, in the other is Calpe a small town which is good for shopping and has fantastic long sandy beaches. Javea is approx half an hour away with its Fishing Port and Marina The villa is aprox 1 hour from both Valencia and Alicante Airports, and half an hour from Benidorm with its many attractions, the most popular being Mundomar the Dolphin and animal water park. Aqualandia a themed swimming park and Terra Mitica a large themed Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. Also not to be missed, the historic village of Guadalest perched in the mountains, The Waterfalls of Algar, and the old town areas of Benissa, Teulada and Javea.

  • Your Booking will be confirmed when 25% Deposit of the total rental has been received, with the Balance remaining, plus an additional £50 Refundable Security Deposit payable in full 6 weeks before your holiday start date, The deposit will be returned after the final inspection and within 1 week of departure.
    To ensure that the apartment can be prepared in time we ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10am. Check in time from 1pm on the day of arrival.
    Longer winter lets at reduced rates are available on request.
    Car hire can be arranged for collection and return to the Airport.
    Directions to the property will be sent when the rental balance is received.

Notes: Linen and indoor towels are provided. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and fans in the lounge. The apartment is on ground floor level at the apartment entrance, the garden is terraced and there are steps down to the swimming pool which has roman steps leading into it, the shallow end is approx 3' and the deep end 6'. There are loungers in the sunbathing areas, and a table and chairs for dining by the pool, also a stone seating area around the outside BBQ. The lower apartment is occupied by the owners who both work, and they can assure you of your privacy, although they can always be reached if required, and renters of the apartment have exclusive use of the pool and lower garden area.

Shopping and Fiestas: Every nearby village and town has its weekly market with wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables, also crafts, leather, ceramics and clothing. There is the large Shopping Complex ' La Marina' approx 20 mins drive away. Fiestas are a very important part of Spanish Life and you will usually find some celebration going on throughout the year, in a town nearby.

Sport: The nearest Golf Course is Club de Golf Moraira with 9 holes, Club de Golf Javea also 9 holes is 20 mins away, and 30 mins away is Club de Golf La Sella with 18 holes. There is a diving school in Moraira also a tennis club, The nearest riding stable is just outside Calpe. The rocky coves along the coast are very popular for Snorkeling.

Robbie & Lesley made us feel very much at home as we were house hunting, and even after we made our move to the area.
The apartment is spacious, very comfortable,and has everything available.
We were especially grateful for the welcome pack, which meant that we could enjoy tea and toast before having to find shops.
Owner's Response: It was a pleasure to meet Janet and Alan, we are glad they picked this lovely area to settle down in, thank to them for the good review, due to keeping our prices as low as possible we do not offer a welcome pack at the moment, but we will always get any necessary items of shopping in if asked for.
