Spacious ground floor self-contained luxury apartment in pretty Spanish style villa set in mature gardens situated in a quiet location 10mins walk to the local bay of Cala Advocaat. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard & offers a large comfortable lounge with 4 seater settee, 2 armchairs, occasional tables, colour satellite TV, video with a selection of video tapes, CD/radio. American style fitted kitchen consisting of modern units, elec hob, elec oven/grill, oven hob extractor fan unit, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining table & chairs. The bedroom is light and bright with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, under bed storage. There is an en-suite shower room fully tiled with large shower, WC, basin unit, extractor fan. The lounge & bedroom windows are fitted with vertical blinds. All rooms have views to the mature gardens.There is a private front entrance & parking for one car.The apartment garden has two seating areas with tables, chairs & parasol.

The apartment in Buena Vista is approximately 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.There is a beach bar providing drinks and a good choice of food which opens around June to Sept and on certain evenings entertainment by local Spanish promote a friendly atmosphere A small parade of shops with a supermarket and bank is located a short distance on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe.There are a wide variety of bars and restaurants in nearby Moraira 5mins drive and Calpe 10mins drive , there are also local bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes There are the markets of Benissa (Sat) Moraira (Fri) and Calpe (Sat) to enjoy .Places of interest include the Penon d' Ifach in Calpe, the Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar the dolphin and animal water park, the historic village of Guadalest the old town areas of Benissa Teulada Javea Calpe. Benidorm is 30mins away for shopping at La Marina complex. Panoramic views of Moraira, Benissa and Calpe from inner mountain road to Benissa town.

Towels allocated for the apartment are not to be used for the beach. Smoking is only permitted outside in the apartment garden area.

Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes: There are several picturesque bays within easy reach via the coastal road between Calpe and Moraira, Cala Abogat, Baladrar, Pinets, La Fustera, Cala Pinets, Les Bassetes, La Llobella and a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. The location of the property is ideal for walking to either rural or sea areas benefiting from the beautiful pine trees surrounding the area.

Sightseeing: Places of interest include the village of Guadalest with its fortress and wonderful views. Mundomar animal water park, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park. The markets of Benissa, Moraira, Javea, Calpe with many stalls selling local crafts, jewellery etc. All are within a short driving distance. Valencia airport and city are approximately 1hr 30min away and can be easily reach via the motorway AP-/E-15 from the Benissa/Teulada motorway junction Exit 63.

The property we rent from Silvia and Bill was very nice.It is very comfartable and clean.
The hospetality was very good, Thank you again.

We spent three fantastic weeks in this super apartment owned by Slyvia and Bill Watson. It catered for all our needs, and its location is beautiful. Local beaches, restaurants, bars and shops were great. We were very sad to leave this ideal holiday home. Bill and Slyvia were the perfect hosts, we will be back to see them soon!

Costa Blanca holiday in July 2009

The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area of Benissa but is close to several beaches whilst being away from the tourist-concentrated areas. Bill and Sylvia are very friendly and helpful and they made us feel welcome.

The apartment represents excellent value for money for a one-bedroom apartment and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner in the tranquility of the garden available with the apartment. The apartment is well equpped and has some unexpected extras including a beach umbrella. We recommend a car is essential if you want to travel around the local area (which is well worth doing).

A couple of beaches are located within a 15-min walk. Personally, we enjoyed swimming in the sea at La Fustera which is less than 10-mins by car from the apartment and has a sandy beach. The location of the apartment is very close to Xabia, Moraria, Calpe and Denia. Denia is the furthest (around a 1-hour drive away at most). We recommend visiting Gaudalest in particular, which is very beautiful and historic. A solar-powered boat trip on the reservoir was also very relaxing and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the relaxing coastal walks nearby and the more challenging mountaineous walks in Montgo and San Antonio. We really enjoyed the sunshine, the sweet fruit and the Spanish food. It gave us the ideal break away from London.

Spanish perfection

A delightful location that was ideal for the local bays and Moraira. The apartment offered more than we imagined and was very comfortable and well equipped, the garden was an added bonus in which we enjoyed breakfast and evening drinks. Sylvia & Bill made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you ! This part of Spain is wonderful and we certainly hope to return to explore more. Sue & Ric

A gem in the sun

We were looking for a new place to stay in the Moraira region and stumbled across Sylvia and Bill's cosy apartment. Very well appointed and a warm welcome was the order of the day. The apartment was ideal for our weeks stay.
