Moraira:
Moraira is an old fishing village with no high rise buildings that has kept its charm, it has an impressive marina surrounded by excellent restaurants that cater for all tastes. The atmosphere at night is magic, sit by the waters edge and marvel at the watchtower constructed in the 1700s on the original site of the 'Mare de del Carme' chapel an old sanctuary for travellers.
Benissa:
Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca, located 275m above sea level, explore the ancient well preserved town centre and discover a rich array of monumental buildings and cultural references that form part of Benissas history. Benissa brings mountain and sea together with its 4km of coast line, hidden coves and tiny bays. La Fustera, Les Bassetes, Abogat, Pinets, Baladra and La Llobella are part of this stretch of coast that is a haven for walkers cyclist and outdoor enthusiasts.
Sightseeing:
There is so much to do in this area if you want HIstory, then travel back in time to the mountain village of Guadalest surrounded by its fortress with fantastic views, if you want to shop there are the markets of Benissa Moraira, Calpe Altea where you can buy jewellery, leather shoes bags etc all at fantastic prices.There are plenty of theme parks the biggest being Terra Mitica situated near Benidorm also nearby is Aqualandia water park and Mundomar animal water park. The Benidorm Palace is also worth a visit for a fantastic dinner and show of traditional Spanish dancing.
