A new, ground floor apartment overlooking hills, and with beautiful sea views towards Javea and Moraira. The apartment has access to a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, a boules court, gardens and a private terrace. There is one double bedroom, a separate shower room and a comfortable sitting room leading on to the terrace. There are many good walks nearby and further afield, for both experienced and inexperienced walkers. Throughout the area there many good restaurants to suit most pockets.

Alicante & Valencia airports are both approximately 1 hours drive away. It is ideal for walkers and anybody who wishes to explore this part of Spain. It is also ideal to use as a base if you are looking for property in the area.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 25% is required when booking, and the balance of 75% is due in full 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition a security deposit of £100 ( or 150 euros ) is payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to the return of the keys etc.
    A weekly linen change is included in the above rates.
    Longer term rental rates are available on request.

Benitachell: Is a small village situated 5 km's from both Javea and Moraira. It is within easy reach of Alicante and Valencia airports.

Nearby: Javea is an old town set at the foot of the Montgo National Park, is surrounded by hillside villas. It consists of the old town, the port and the beach at Arenal. Moraira is a smaller resort with beautiful beaches and panoramic views. Both Javea and Moraira have a fine selection of bars and restaurants. There lots of other beaches and beautiful views nearby. Calpe and the port of Denia are both about 20 minutes drive away. Benidorm is about 30 minutes drive away, where, amongst its other attractions, you will find the Terra Mitica theme park, the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar, which is like Sea World. The area is surrounded by hills and mountains, and there many interesting and testing walks.

Golf and other activities: Javea Golf Club (9 holes ) is 2 km's away and there is another 9 hole course just outside Moraira. A new 18 hole course at La Sella is 15 minutes drive away. There are other fine courses within an hours drive in the direction of both Alicante and Valencia. Sea fishing is available in Javea and Moraira as well as tennis and horse riding. More information on these and other activities can be obtained from the Tourist Information offices.

Very good base for us as we were climbing around Costa Blanca & wanted easy access to the main climbing areas.

Fantastic hosts, made us feel very welcome & made sure we had everything we needed. Even put bread, milk, beer & wine in the apartment for us when we arrived.

We had a great stay!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: The apartment is easily accessible for all the Costa Blanca. It is an excellent base for the hills and mountains, as well as for the coastal areas, which are visible from the house and are only a few kilometres away.
