The property is located in the aptly named Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun) from where, on a clear day, Ibiza can be seen. The area bosts magnificent sea and mountain views and has its own pretty cove with beach and seasonal beach bars. The development has various amenities including a bank, supermarket, restaurant and bar. Nearby the chic resort of Moraira has a marina, smart shops and sandy beach, whilst in the opposite direction is Javea with its quaint old town, port area and long stretch of beach. Both have many restaurants and other facilities. Further along the coast are Denia, Altea and Benidorm all with their individual attractions, whilst the mountainous interior and rugged coastline offer many beautiful walks and scenic drives with wonderful vistas. Driving from Cumbre, the spectacular Calpe rock is a unique landmark. The port of Denia offers day trips to Ibiza by ferry. Valencia is another airport option, being only slightly further than Alicante.
