Notes to the rental rates

• Linen and towels are available at 10 euros per person payable in resort. Deposit 30%. Balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday. Refundable inventory deposit of 200 euros paid in resort. The villa will normally be available for occupation between 4pm and 7pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on the last day.
  
• Other rates will apply for units with air-conditioning, 3 bedrooms and for short breaks. Please ask.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a living/dining room with TV, exit to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, an open kitchen with oven and frig/freezer, bathroom with and a shower room with WC. There is a covered with terrace furniture and a nice view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Nearby are the communal swimming pools and a short drive will take you to the local restaurant, bar, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, and bank with ATM facilities. The nearest beach is within a 5 minute drive. There are many other attractions in the area including golf courses the Disney Style Terra Mitica Theme Park, water world Aqualandia & sea world Mundomar in Benidorm (which is only 40 minutes away). Local Area

Benitachell is the perfect base from which to enjoy this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. Apart from Benitachell village and beach there are many places to visit along the coast including Javea that has a fine beach, a fishing harbour, restaurants and golf courses, Denia with some excellent shops on a beautiful tree lined main street, Moraira with its two sandy bays and marina with seafront restaurants, Calpe with its superb fish restaurants near the harbour and fine sandy beaches and Benidorm that boasts Aqualandia (water world), Mundo Mar (Sea World) the famous Benidorm Palace, that is the venue for some spectacular shows, and now of course the new Disney style Terra Mitica theme park and the Terra Natura nature park. Inland you will find the beautiful Jalon Valley and Bernia Mountain range plus caves, a safari park and waterfalls.

The Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables. Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal. Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Coach excursions are available to these and all the other popular attractions.
