Notes to the rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking, and the balance of 75% is due in full 10 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition, a security deposit of £100 (or 150 Euros) is payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday, subject to the return of keys etc. A weekly linen change is included in the above rates. For use of the air conditioning during the stay, an additional charge of £35 (50 Euros) per week will be made on arrival or with final payment if required.
  • For rentals from the 1 October 2007 to 1 March 2008, periods over two weeks would offer a very good reduction in the weekly rate. A price will be given on application.

Further details of the area:

Bentichell is a small village located 5km from Moraira and Javea. It has many local bars and restaurants and is full of Spanish charm. It is within easy reach of Alicante and Valencia airports.

Nearby

Javea is set at the foot of the Montgo National Park and is made up of the old town, the port and the beach at Arenal, which provides many good eating places. Moraira is a smaller resort with a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants and bars for every occasion. It also has a popular market every Friday morning. There are lots of other beaches and places of interest nearby. Calpe and Denia are both about 25 minutes away. Benidorm is about 30 minutes away, and is worth visiting for its beautiful beach. It also has many attractions for the family such as the Terra Mitica theme park, the Aqualandia water park and Mundomar.

Golf and other activities

Javea Gold Club (9 holes) is 2km away and there is another 9 hole course just outside Moraira. A 18 hole course at La Sella is a 15 minute drive away. There are other course within an hours drive both towards Alicante and Valencia. Sea fishing is available at Javea and Moraira, as well as tennis and horse riding. The Tourist Information Offices provide more information on what is available in the local areas.
