Notes to the rental rates

• If making your own way to the property, the keyholder will meet you to handover the keys. For those who prefer not to drive, airport pick-ups and drop-offs are available by prior arrangement and at extra cost (€45).A deposit of £100 is required to secure booking. This deposit will be returned within approximately 14 days of departure, following a damage & breakage check by the key-holders. If an excess clean is required, the amount will also be deducted. A standard cleaning charge is included in the prices.
