Airports - Murcia 15 min - Alicante 35 min. Apartment Sea Feliz is a first floor holiday home. It has its own large, private roof solarium, with views to the sea and has a built in BBQ and sun loungers. There is also a south-facing balcony at the front of the premises with table and chairs. Accommodation includes one double room, one twin room, large living area with double sofa bed and TV showing English and Sky channels. Bed linen and towels are all supplied with the exception of Beach Towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and all usual fittings. The bathroom has a bath / shower and the traditional bidet! Behind the apartment is an immaculate communal swimming pool that, along with the apartment, was only built in 2002. The EEC Blue Flag Beaches at Cabo Roig are 15-20 minwalk, 2min by car, away or with a wide variety of restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk. A Hire Car is NOT essential unless you want to really explore

Cabo Roig beach provides a seafront walk to a beautiful Marina with an exquisite Sea front Restaurant as well as a large variety of Restaurants and bars on the main strip. Torrevieja, is 10 minutes drive away and Benidorm is 1 hours drive North, Terra Mitica theme park and The Dolphin Show at Aqualandia are well worth a visit! Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas Golf all within 10 min drive. La Manga is 40 minutes drive south and the Harbour Town of Cartegena is 25 minutes by car. The lovely Spanish Village of San Miguel is only 10 minutes drive in-land with the capital of the province Orihuela 20 miutes away. The Historic City Of Murcia is also 20 minutes drive in-land.

So Much to do!!!: Sea Feliz Apartment in Cabo Roig is a perfect location to suit all types of holiday makers. Whether you want a peaceful 'chill' in the sun on the roof top solarium and around the lovely pool or to drink Sangria on one of the four Blue Flag beaches of Cabo Roig (2 separate beaches!), La Zenia and Campoamor or you fancy lively nights at the local bars and clubs, Cabo Roig has it all. The nearby Go-Kart circuit is superb and open all year round and there is a brilliant water park in nearby Torrevieja and if you fancy driving, 1 hour North is Benidorm which has the biggest water park in Europe, Aqualandia with the Mundomar sea life centre next door. (The Dolphins are Fantastic!!) In Benidorm you will also find Terra Mitica theme park for those white knuckle rides!! A great day out!!

Young Children.: Cots, high chairs and safety gates available on request.

The Healthy Place to be!!: On the outskirts of nearby Torrevieja are two huge salt lakes. The concentration of salt in these picturesque lagoons helps to draw the moisture out of the air. This, combined with the very low annual rainfall, creates the unique microclimate. The long sunny days, with an average temp of 20 degrees centigrade, make this area ideal for sufferers of Rheumatism, Arthritis and Asthma.

Golf: Sea Feliz Apartment is 10 mins drive from 3 fantastic golf courses - Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas. 20 mins away is the brand new course La Finca at Algorfa. La Manga Golf and Sports complex is 30 mins drive South. Please note that UK winter time is the busiest time for Golf in Spain due to wonderful climate and 360 sunny days each year. Courses may be using Temporary Greens between June and September.

A Little Place in the Sun

This is a true home from home.

From the second you walk into the apartment you find how true that is - everything that you have at home is already there so that gives you room in your case for an extra couple of bottles of wine!!! The neighbours are great too.

Mark and Emma make the booking process easy and will help you to book flights or get airport transfers too - bonus. We choose to be met at the airport and get chauffered to the apartment. The apartment is in a fab location - you don't need a car its only a ten minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the supermarket/shops. Everything's close to hand and the choice of restaurants is fab. If you want nightlife its there too, or you can feast yourself silly on every type of cuisine imaginable! Would definitely recommend you pay a visit to Puccini's Italian Restaurant its just simply ace.

Normally visit this little haven in November. For the past three years the weather has been fantastic and have gone back to the UK with a suntan.

Would I recommend that you visit? Yes most definitely its nice to have a little bolt hole to escape to and chill out ... take a bottle of fizz and sit on the beach and watch the hours drift by.

Go on do it - spoil yourself you know you want to and you definitely won't regret it.

Great apartment in a great location.

This lovely apartment is very well maintained, well equipped and very comfortable. The roof terrace is an excellent bonus where you can benefit from the sun all day and it is very private. The owners Mark and Emma couldn't have been more helpful and the rental cost represents excellent value.
Sea Feliz is convenient for a number of good restaurants which are a short walk away. The favourites for our group were Puccinis and Blue. Those in my party all enjoyed their stay and would highly recommend staying at Sea Feliz!

A perfect holiday spot - something for everyone

This was the perfect destination for our small family of three although the apartment would certainly have been big enough to accommodate many more and I kept wishing we'd brought more people along with us to share our lovely week.
We had a few days of rain (it was early May) which was disappointing but when the sun did shine it was just the right temperature both for me (a true sun worshipper) and my fair skinned husband and daughter.
The pool was ideally situated close by to the apartment and immculate having been cleaned by a friendly pool attendant each day. We virtually had it to ourselves. You had to be brave to take a dip but it did cool us down on the hottest of days.
Grocery shopping facilities were suberb and we wanted for nothing. On one of the rainy days we spent a day at the nearby "Mall" and were impressed with the range of designer shops we found.
Eating out was very pleasant with every type of cuisine imaginable and only a stones throw away. It was lovely to have the choice of eating on the balcony at the apartment whilst watching the sun go down or wandering along the main street and choosing something tasty and reasonably priced for dinner.
We spent a couple of days on the beach and I particularly enjoyed a massage from one of the young ladies who was working there.
The location of the apartment in relation to shops, restaurants and entertainment was ideal. Close enough to walk to places but not too close that you are disturbed by late night noise or traffic.
The sun terrace at the top of the property is a real sun trap and very peaceful and private with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. We often sat out here until late in the evening because it was the best place to appreciate all the things that made our holiday so enjoyable.
I would thoroughly recommend the apartment to friends and family and plan to return with some girlfriends very soon.
There is something appealing for all ages and it is like home from home with excellent customer service from start to finish.
It is so inexpensive that you really cannot miss the opportunity to visit if you get the chance. If it were my place I'd want to keep going back every couple of weeks.
As you can tell we were very impressed with everything we saw and experienced at Cabo Roig and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
I look forward to sitting out on the balcony again watching the herd of goats return home each evening whilst sipping a large glass of Sangria.

our little get away to spain

on arrival our 1st impressions were that the place felt really homely. all you needed was there and what we really loved was the location, a short walk to the main street where all the bars, restaurants etc were. the best beaches were only a 10 minute drive away, a little longer by foot! but if anyone reading this is thinking of going to spain and wants to experience a lesser commercialised part, book here!you will not be disappointed.
