Lovely ground-floor apartment with a large terrace and a small private garden (tiled). The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you´d possibly need! No car is necessary as everything is on your doorstep: dozens of restaurants, bars, Spanish, Irish, English pubs, cafes, fast-food places, shops all within a couple of minutes walk! The sandy beaches of Cabo Roig is less than 10 minutes walk and the beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor and Playa Flamenca are within 5 minutes drive from the apartment! The complex has beautiful gardens, state-of-the-art swimming pools (with separate children area), children´s playground, tennis courts and BBQ area. There is a promenade along the coast just in front of the complex from which stairs are leading down to rocky coves. There are 3 championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive: Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin. The apartment has satellite TV with British, German, French etc channels (also Sky Sports!)

The apartment is situated near Cabo Roig, around 8 kms south of Torrevieja. In recent years Cabo Roig has become one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Costa Blanca and it´s easy to see why! You find everything you need for a perfect holiday right here: excellent weather (there are an average of more than 320 sunny days per year!) beautiful sandy beaches, lovely scenery, championship golf courses, shops, restaurants and buzzing nightlife! The apartment is situated only 2 mins walk from Cabo Roig 'Strip' which has an excellent choice of international restaurants (Spanish, Italian, Indian, Hungarian etc), bars and pubs (all open late). The cities of Murcia and Alicante are easily accessible with plenty to see and do! An ideal holiday destination for everyone!
