Cabo Roig has sandy EEC blue flag award beaches & offers safe swimming,a beautiful marina, rocky coves,water skiing, sailing & scuba diving all which are within an easy 10-15 min walking distance & with 360 sunny days & warm temperatures this location is ideal for couples, families or golfers seeking either an active or a relaxing holiday. There are supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants & sports facilities all nearby within easy walking distance on the N332 coastal road with a variety of evening entertainment so its not essential to hire a car to explore the area. There are three championship golf courses within 5 mins drive Villamartin, Campoamor & Las Ramblas.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are based on 4 sharing. A non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is payable and the final balance due 6 weeks prior to departure, if departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at time of booking. A servicing/laundry charge of £35 is payable for each weeks stay and is payable with the final balance(£7 extra for each 5th & 6th person per week.) Bed linen & towels are provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided. The property will be ready from 2pm on arrival days and needs to be vacated by 10am on departure day. A security deposit of £75 is payable which will be refunded once keys have been returned and apartment has been checked for any damage/ breakages.
  
• Airport pickups can be arranged at a charge of 30 Euros from Murcia and 45 Euros from Alicante payable to the English driver in local currency. ( We can also arrange airport pickups to the Costa Blanca area from Murcia or Alicante even if you are staying in alternative accomodation - email / ring for a quote.)
  Welcome packs of bread, butter, water and milk etc can be arranged at a small extra charge.
  
• Long term rentals welcome, discounts given for periods over 4 weeks. rates available on request.

Nearby town of Torrevieja

The bustling town centre of Torrevieja with cosmopolitan shops, street markets, resident funfair and many restaurants and more lively nightlife is a short distance away. Buses are available hourly during the day or taxis are widely available in the evening. On a Friday the largest outdoor market in Spain is held here and there are various markets in the area on different days of the week. Torrevieja has a water park with a good range of rides and pools which is great for adults or kids just 10 mins drive away. Go Karts are available all year round on the coastal road between La Zenia and Torrevieja suitable for adults & children. A day trip to Isle of Tabarca is available during summer on Tuesdays & Thursdays from the jetty by Torrevieja marina.

Golf facilities

The three championship courses of Villamartin (0034) 966 765160, Campoamor (0034) 965 320506 and Las Ramblas (0034)96 322011 are within a 5 min drive and are open to non members, golf clubs & buggies can be hired for a small fee at the golf courses. La Finca at Algorfa is 20 mins away and La Manga is 30 mins drive. UK winter time is the busiest time for golf in Spain due to their mild climate. Courses may use temporary greens during June & Sept. It is advisable to pre-book your tee off times and you will need to take your handicap certificate with you.

Other Attractions

Alicante is good for shopping with a beautiful marina, Benidorm approx 1 hr away has the largest water park in Europe & the Terra Mitica theme park for white knucle rides, La Manga famous golf & sports complex is just 30 mins south, Murcia has a stunning cathedral and shops, Cartogena which has naval history and the mountains which can be seen from the outskirts of Torrevieja are all easily accessible with Spains good roads. Villamartin plaza near the golf course is superb for eating & drinking with a wide choice of restaurants and quality shops. The natural salt lakes on the outskirts of nearby Torrevieja contributed to the area being named as one of the healthiest places to live in the world by the World Health Organisation. The salt concentration in these large pools draws moisture out of the air and with sunny days and an average temperature of 20 degrees and low annual rainfall the area is ideal for anyone suffering from Asthma, Rheumatism or Arthritis.
