This lovely spacious 2 bed apartment is within a newly built complex in the lively and popular area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa Blanca. The spacious lounge/dining area with ample seating leads onto a private balcony overlooking the large communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi and landscaped gardens. There is a full British cable TV system offering the 5 main channels, sky sports and movie channels. The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Both the twin and double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family sized bathroom has full bath with overhead shower. There is a very large roof solarium which is accessed via stairs leading from the balcony where there are tables, chairs & sun beds available for your use to relax, sunbathe and dine outdoors. The complex is wheelchair accessible with resident’s lounge, lift access to all floors & underground parking if required. Other facilities are internet, fax & copying service.

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also just a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin, and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre offering a wide range of restaurants and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin , Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor golf course with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come and play golf with over twenty five courses with easy access to the Orihuela coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 45 euros to pay on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Airport transfers, car hire and taxi service:: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the apartment and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 20 minute drive away. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we are able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Support Service: You will be met on arrival at the apartment and a good support service is there for you during your stay. Should you be arriving outwith shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel. If you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses. The championship golf course at Villa Martin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. We can arrange for tee times to be booked in advance on your behalf and provide further details of golf courses and prices on request. You can hire golf clubs at the golf course but will need to provide a handicap certificate.
