The lovely 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of PlayaMarina Aparthotel on the 'strip' in the lively Cabo Roig area of Orihuela Costa. The very spacious lounge/dining area with air conditioning and ample seating leads onto a private balcony. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. Both the twin and double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the double bedroom also has air conditioning. The family sized bathroom has full bath with overhead shower. The private balcony leading off the lounge and double bedroom has table and chairs available for your use to relax and dine al fresco. The complex is wheelchair accessible with 24 hour security, residents lounge, lift access to all floors and underground parking if required. This is s great complex for all age groups

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all on your doorstep. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the very popular Cala Capitan beach at Cabo Roig, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also just a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin, and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre offering a wide range of restaurants and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come and play golf with over twenty five courses and easy access to the Orihuela coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 40 euros cash to pay on your arrival.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

AIRPORTS / FLIGHTS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports

AIRPORT TRANSFERS, CAR HIRE, TAXIS: TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

BEACHES:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante, Cala Capitan. The beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.
