Notes to the rental rates

• Booking Deposit:
  To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
  A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
  To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 40 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
  
• SUPPORT SERVICE:
  You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
  Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
  We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:

AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:

CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

BEACHES:

There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Campoamor and Cabo Roig. The beaches of Cala Capitan and La Zenia are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Golf Information:

Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future.
