This very nice 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a newly built complex in the lively Cabo Roig area of Orihuela Costa. The lounge and dining area is spacious with ample seating, dining table with 4 chairs. Air conditioning and British satellite TV system. The large kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. Both the twin and double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the double has air conditioning. The family sized bathroom has full bath with overhead shower. A private balcony leads off both the lounge and double bedroom and has table and chairs available for your use to relax and dine outdoors. The large communal swimming pool has toddlers pool and Jacuzzi and is set within landscaped gardens. The complex, which is wheelchair accessible, has 24 hour security, residents lounge, lift access to all floors and there is underground parking if required. Other facilities include Internet, fax and copying service and public telephone.

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all on your doorstep. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the very popular Cala Capitan and Cabo Roig beaches, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also just a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre offering a wide range of restaurants and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come and play golf with over twenty five courses and easy access to the Orihuela coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a deposit of 10% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 50 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

BEACHES:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Campoamor and Cabo Roig. The beaches of Cala Capitan and La Zenia are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future.
