We are in cosmopolitan resort town of Cabo Roig, by the sea, about 10 min drive to Torrevieja with world class shopping and entertainment, half way distance between Alicante and Murcia. We have two new 2 bedroom apartments with kitchens fully equipped, full bathrooms, sleeps four comfortably with sofa couch for two more (additional cost). Satellite digital TV, air conditioning and central heat for colder nights. All possible comfort is available! Several 'blue flag beaches close by. Within walking distance there are eateries and restaurants of any nationality and cuisine of this world, in any price range! You play golf? No less than five world class golf courses in the area within 5 to 20 minutes drive. The winter time is the busiest time for golfing in Spain due to the mild, sunny climate. Come, bring your kids, look at the lovely pool in your building! Your family will enjoy it! WE GUARANTEE IT!

Cabo Roig is an 'up and coming' modern resort town, built for pleasure and recreation. Several 'blue flag' beaches close by, within approx 8 min's walk; Starting from the 1st floor in your residence as on all the area around that I know of there are hundreds of restaurants and eateries of any possible description and nationality, serving cuisine from all over the world and for any budget, from sandwich and a beer to lobsters and fine wines:-) If you play golf you reached the paradise world class golf courses around, about 5 courses (at last count) from 5 min's drive away to 20 min's drive. All and all, this is a lovely family environment... but... you are single and came with a bunch of friends? Have you heard of 'Patcha' night club and disco in Torrevieja? It is the wildest damn place I ever saw! You go home about 6 am and then straight to the beach... hey that's the 'Vida loca' my friend!

  • Our prices are based on 4 people occupation (or less), for any additional person we charge 60 euros per week. (Large sofa bed in living room).
    A deposit of 150 Euros is payable at reservation time. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 200 Euros is required, money to be returned to you when you leave upon inspection of the property. There is a ONE ONLY charge of 40 Euros for cleaners and laundry payable on arrival. Please note that all other charges are included in price, including air conditioning, underground locked garage, safe for valuables in the apt., use of all facilities.

I had a wonderful time in Murcia! The apartment was lovely, we were close to the beach and clubs, restaurants etc and the staff were friendly and helpful too! I had such a great experience that I am going back later this year and would recommend this place to anyone!

Location, Location, Location!

Just back from our third visit to this property, the location is superb, right in the middle of restaurants, shops & bars and only a ten minute walk to the beach, there are also some lovely walks in the area. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, washing machine is a god-send with airlines reducing the baggage allowance! The complex is secure and has a 24 hour reception, the owner is very obliging and looks after the customer.
