We really enjoyed this appartment!!! Being a family of 4 (two children 5 and 3 yrs) it was very nice, practical and well equipped in a perfect location.
First of all; the APPARTMENT was spotless and in perfect condition - just as new! Two bathrooms (one with basin, bath tub, shower and toilet, other with shower, basin and toilet). Nice, cousy living room and exclusive kitchen. 2 big bedrooms with lots of storage space/wardrobe. Leading out from the kitchen - a big patio/storage space for outdoor equipment (beach-stuff, trolleys, etc) wich also has a washing machine and basin). Leading out from the living room and from the master bedroom - a really big and comfy balcony with great furniture. Plus there is an elevator.
LOCATION is awesome. 10 minutes nice walk to the beach w fully loaded trolly with kids, cooling bags and beach stuff (NO crossing of bussy streets, etc). 30 second walk to everything else (The Cabo roig strip with shops, supermarket, restaurants). The building is one street down from the strip and the Balcony faces away from the street in front of the appartmentbuilding. The only noise you can hear is a little bit of music if you sit on the balcony in the evening. But this is from a distance and to us no disturbance at all. Inside you can not hear anything. Abseloute silence! There are remote-operated aircondition in the master bedroom and in the livingroom (separate temperature operation).We only used it after the beach in the evening and sometimes in the night set at 26 or 27 degrees.
THE POOL. Abseloutely beautiful with astro turf/fake grass around it. Seemed to be few appartments with people in them so we had the pool to our self most of the time. Pool area has a shower that we used before jumping into the pool. After a day in the sand and the sun it was so nice to go in the pool for a slightly cooler dip.
FOOD Supermarket (recommend the british one just across the street to the left - they also have 10 euro vouchers for Puccini - our favorite Italian restaurant up the street). MARKET: New awesome spanish market on thursdays along the seafront. 1 minute walk from the appartment
15 minutes from Murcia apt.We stayed 2 weeks with no car!
We enjoyed this appartment for its luxury feel and awesome location! This appartment building is much more relaxed and quite than the more resort-like appartment buildings along the same street. You really get value for money and again location is perfect, quite and still very central.
