This fabulous penthouse apartment is on the rear top floor of the newly built La Rotunda apartments on the ´strip´of Cabo Roig. The bright open plan lounge and dining room is spacious with private balcony, comfortable seating, dining table and 4 place settings. The kitchen is more than well equipped to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday. Both the master and twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and good drawer space. A full bath with over shower is in the spacious family bathroom. For your entertainment a British digital TV system is installed and for your comfort there is air conditioning in both the lounge and master bedroom. The fabulous roof solarium with great views over to the Med has tables, chairs and sun loungers so that you may relax, sunbathe and dine al fresco. The complex itself offers a fabulous swimming pool with jacuzzi and sun terrace as well as cafe bar and restaurant. There is underground parking.

Cabo Roig is renowned as being an exclusive coastal area and has two secluded sandy beaches, which are linked by a delightfully scenic cliff walk and picturesque marina. There are an abundance of excellent shops, cafes bars with good entertainment and restaurants to suit all nationalities are all on your doorstep and providing a vibrant nightlife. A go kart track to suit all ages and Aqua Park are a short drive away. The cosmopolitan coastal town of Torrevieja, which is only a 15 minutes drive away, is an old fishing town but has grown significantly in recent years, and has now become a first-class tourist location with market stalls, beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. If golf is your passion a short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING DEPOSIT:

    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the apartment has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 45 euros to pay on your arrival.
  • Support Service:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you require the hire of travel cot, high chair, etc. We are able to arrange this for you on request.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety, cleanliness and good facilities and you are walking distance to the beautiful beach of Cabo Roig. The beaches of Campoamor, Levante, Cala Capitan and La Zenia are a little further. The gorgeous Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

Flights, transfers, car hire and taxi service: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. Airlines: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be one of the most challenging in Spain and Royal Campoamor, which must be one the most stunning courses. Just spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. We did not cook in the apartment, as we ate out all the time, but there was all the utensils you required if necessary. Eating out was really cheap. We tried many restaurants and every one was very good. I have to say my favourite for delicious food and value for money was Morellas next to 24hr shop. The beach is only 5mins walk. Sun beds very expensive, so better to take your own. Although the solarium above the apartment was great for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
