Our third floor apartment was completed in September 2002. The balcony overlooks the communal pool, landscaped gardens as well has having stunning views of the sea. Inside this modern apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with sofabed. There is a fully tiled bathroom and one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes which opens onto a spacious balcony. The coastal walk and beach are 2 minutes away with two further beautiful sandy beaches less than 5 minutes walk away. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within a 5-minute drive. A dream holiday for families and golfers.

  • To reserve accommodation, a deposit of £70 is required. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks, full payment is required with booking. In addition a Key deposit of £50 is required with balance. This is refunded in full when keys are returned, subject to there being no damage & no excess cleaning required, on completion. Daily rates are available.
    We can also arrange Car Hire with a reputable local company with collection at Alicante airport. Please ask for details.

Beaches and Coastal Walks: Cabo Roig (Red Cape) has an exciting mixture of beautiful sandy beaches, some in cove settings with many leisure activities and beach bars. You can walk around the coastline of Cabo Roig on a pathway that passes the beaches, areas of rock and the secluded marina. Above the marina is a lovely Tapas bar and restaurant, which we can highly recommend, with wonderful views across the sea to La Manga. Playa de Campoamor has lovely flat and safe beaches ideal for families. Historical Guardamar is well worth a visit to see its castle, long stretch of sand dunes and palm trees.

Torrevieja: A thriving fishing and resort town. Torrevieja is a bustling resort of bars/restaurants and lively night life. Here you will find a variety of shops in addition to a weekly street market. Amble along the promenade or laze on the beach. Wander the criss-crossed streets and find the traditional Spanish tapas house. For any vegetarians, we strongly suggest a visit to Restaurant Vegetariano situated on the road behind the Gaudi inspired fountain.

Golf Information: If you are intending to play golf, it is advisable to book your round well in advance, especially in peak season. Some useful numbers are: Villamartin Golf Club (0034) 966 765 127, Campoamor Golf Club (0034) 965 320 506, Las Ramblas Golf Club (0034) 965 322 011 and Torre Pacheco Golf Club has a 9-hole course and is suitable for beginners. HOLIDAY APARTMENT AQUAMARINA 2 CABO ROIG.

We stayed at this apt. for just over a month, we found the apt. although basic was clean and well maintained.The directions to the apt. from the owner, who we found to be most helpful and obliging, were very good although the front door key proved to be a bit of a problem,which we mastered after a while. The location of the apt. is supberb with all the bars and different restaurants just 200yards away, with the beach being the same distance.The balcony of the apt. is very large overlooking the pool and is a big plus.
On the downside, the shower has to be handheld to obtain a water supply, there is an extremly bad picture on the TV. and there was'nt a change of bed linen.
We would definately rent this apt. again and i would have no hesitation in recommending it.
It is ideal for holiday makers without transport

We had a problem finding this apartment from the directions we were given but the locals were incredibly helpful, even though they couldn't find it either. The apartment is in a very quiet and attractive complex. The apartment is well maintained and clean, adequately furnished and is only a short walk to the beach. The bed is comfortable and there is a balcony. We had a lovely holiday. The people staying in the complex were very friendly, and the apartment owner was very helpful - particulalry after we thought we had left some stuff behind.
The resort has developed over recent years but the beach wasn't busy (early June). Shops are close by as well as some good places for eating out - Puccini's especially recommended - and the Chinese restaurant for its fixed price buffet.
Would definitely recommend this apartment - but don't expect luxury.

Wir waren in unseren 14 tagen Cabo Roig mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.
Die Wohnung als auch die Anlage waren sehr Sauber und gepflegt .
Der große Balkon lädt zum verweilen ein.
Zahlreiche PUB`s ,Restaurants und geschäfte befinden sich in der nähe.
CABO ROIG selbst hat einen Wunderschönen PASSEO MARITIMO wo mann Stundenlang herrliche Spaziergänge machen kann.
Einzigst die Lagebeschreibung des Vermieters müßte überarbeitet werden.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub und wir können die Wohnung nur Weiterempfehlen
