This modern and luxurious apartment is only 50 yards from the beach with stunning sea and mountain views. The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard - accommodation comprises of: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and an ensuite and another twin bedroom with a separate shower room,) a fully equipped kitchen and a separate through dining room and lounge. Both bedrooms and the lounge have sliding glass patio doors which open onto the large balcony where you can eat 'al fresco', enjoy the beautiful views and the hypnotic sound of the sea. There is also a private utility room with washing machine etc. There is a large pool (with a childrens area) with outdoor showers and a tennis court which is for the exclusive use of the apartment residents. The apartment has it's own secure underground car parking space which has lifts directly up to the apartment. No car is needed - it is only a 5 minute walk to the town centre of Calpe or a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

Calpe is situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca coast. It is popular with all nationalities of tourists due to it's stunning sandy beaches and it's great variety of restaurants and shops. There is also a beautiful 'old town' where you can enjoy anything from traditionally cooked fish to Spanish Tapas. Calpe is also well known for the Penon de Ifach, a volcanic rock that thrusts out of the sea and reaches a height of 1000 feet. You can climb this rock to the top and enjoy the spectacular views.

Notes: There is a separate (locked) private utility room with a Washing Machine, Drying facilities, Iron and Ironing board. There is an outdoor Childrens play area and toilets on the ground floor of the apartments. The tennis courts are booked via the concierge for a small charge per hour(which goes towards the upkeep of the courts.) Usually 2 euro's. External areas are entered via door key with remote control doors to parking area. Visitors are allowed in via Intercom/remote door control system for extra security. Pool in use during June / July / August and September (generally too cold the rest of the year !!). For those wishing to swim outside of these months the beach that is only 50 yards away is generally warmer than all pools.

This apartment is fantastic in so many ways - very central position within Calpe, amazing sea view, very comfortable, well equiped and lovely knowledgeable owners.

We have been going to Calpe for our holidays for many years and have always stayed in this apartment, since it became available for rent.

Great location, views and facilities

We've holidayed at the apartment for three years running and find it perfect for our needs (two adults and two children). It's safe, clean, modern and very convenient with a nice family feel to it. There is also a fantastic view out over the sea from the balcony, which does wonders for your sense of well-being when eating breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine after the evening meal. With two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need to settle into your own rhythm and way of doing things. There are supermarkets only a few minutes away by car, and not much more by foot if you fancy a walk to pick up those essentials you forgot on the shopping trip. And when you don't fancy cooking, there are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from along the beachfront or up in the old town. The apartment block itself has a well-maintained pool with an onduty lifeguard, and is only a stone's throw from Calpe's bustling beach life. It's a place you can really unwind and is popular with all age groups, which we really love.

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is ideally situated for all types of holiday makers. It is not right in the centre of Calpe so there is no noise yet it is only a five minute walk from the centre where you will find a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants. We hired a car (they have a private parking space) but you don't actually need one unless you want to visit places outside of Calpe.

We went with our young family so having a private pool and the beach only 50 metres away was ideal.

The apartment itself is stunning and we loved sitting on the balcony at night overlooking the sea and enjoyng the fanatastic views with a bottle or two of wine!!

We would highly recommend this apartment to absolutely anyone and we will be going again!!
Owner's Response: I agree about the situation of our apartment. You are near the centre so you can walk to all the shops etc within 5 mins but not right in the centre where it can be noisy. The private pool is fabulous and kept immaculate but you also have the beach two mins away also!!

This apartment is exactly as it looks and is described in the advertisement. It is very modern, comfortable and well kept. The owners were very helpful and their customer service was excellent. We had a very relaxing stay and the location was fantastic with many restaurants, shops etc. close by. The beach and promenade were directly accessible and we couldn't have wanted more.
